Auf jeden Fall wieder, denn die Unterkunft ist das alles wert.
Pros:

Eine alte Mühle zu einem modernen Hotel umgebaut ohne den Charme des Bauwerks zu zerstören. Liegt vor dem eigentlichen Ort und ist damit sehr ruhig ohne abgeschieden zu sein. Mit dem Hund konnte man sofort in die herrliche Natur aufbrechen.
Nachdem sich rausgestellt hatte, dass Frühstück erst um 9 Uhr möglich war, hat die Chefin sofort die Rechnung geändert und wir haben uns Frühstück im Ort besorgt. Alles super!

Cons:

Wir kamen eine Minute nach 17 Uhr an, da war die Rezeption gerade verlassen worden. Mussten eine halbe Stunde warten bis jemand kam. Nach einer anstrengenden Fahrt nicht schön.

Helaas teleurstellend!
Pros:

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in deze knap gerenoveerde, historische watermolen. De keuze voor deze accommodatie was mede vanwege de hoge verwachtingen van het restaurant. Onze kamer (nr.5) lag in bijgebouwtje en was mede i.v.m. de rolstoeltoegankelijkheid lekker ruim en open. De kamer was donker, maar had prima verlichting, een super groot comfortabel bed en voldoende verwarming. Er was voldoende parkeermogelijkheid. Het uitlaten van onze hond was ideaal. Ook in het restaurant was de hond geen probleem.
Het zomerterras voor de deur van de kamer zou mogelijk bij het gebruik ervan voor geluidsoverlast kunnen zorgen.

Cons:

In het pretentieuze gastromische restaurant was bij het diner chef-kok Jordi Jacas aanwezig, die helaas zijn aandacht niet gelijkelijk over alle tafeltjes verdeelde. (Engelse taal niet voldoende machtig?) De andere medewerkers kwamen wat stijfjes en gestrest over. De gerechten werden prachtig opgediend. Echter “Snacks de la casa” niet besteld, wel op de rekening en zeker ook smakelijk. Gerechten als “steak tartar” en de “Lomo bajo de vaca” veel te hoog op smaak a.g.v. het overdadig gebruik van ansjovis en zeezout. Helaas werd ook niet naar de cuisson van het vlees gevraagd. Er werd een bijgerecht niet uitgeserveerd, een tweede glas wijn bij het hoofdgerecht lukte niet om te bestellen en de mayonaise werd in plastic zakjes opgediend. De “Rigatoni” en de “Lubina” waren heerlijk. Al met al voor ons een reden om de gereserveerde lunch voor de volgende dag te annuleren.
Het (bij de prijs inbegrepen) ontbijt op de laatste dag (maandagochtend) was voor ons een verrassing of liever gezegd voor hen, want ze waren vergeten dat er nog gasten waren. De auto met het buitenlandse kenteken op de parkeerplaats deed blijkbaar bij geen van de medewerkers een belletje rinkelen. Ontbijt werd in aller haast klaar gezet, terwijl de schoonmaak van de ontbijtruimte doorging.
Communictie over het e.e.a. heeft i.v.m. taalbarrière niet plaats gevonden.
Gezien het bovenstaande is het herhalingsgevaar voor ons bij deze accomodtie nihil!

Ontbijt pas vanaf 09.00 terwijl ik op doorreis was en vroeg moest vertrekken. Toen ik op de dag van aankomst ‘s avonds om 19.00 terugkwam na een bezoek aan la escala bleek het restaurant dicht te zijn. Zelfs de receptie! Ik moest via de nachtingang naar binnen! Uiteindelijk bij de LIDL een broodje en beleg moeten kopen. Bizar! Ik reisde met mijn hond. Daar moest ik extra voor betalen maar er lag niets voor hem op de kamer; geen mand, geen voederbak. Niets!

Все сделано со вкусом и большой любовью к этому месту. Закрытая территория, удобный паркинг, есть место где можно прогуляться с собакой. Все очень хорошо, спасибо хозяевам!

Descanso y comida, unidos de la mano
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que hemos ido y todo perfecto. Es un hotel “dentro” de un molino y las habitaciones son espectaculares. Todo muy decorado con mucha exquisitez y la comida fantástica.

Cons:

No puedo reprochar nada al hotel.
Todo está muy bien organizado y no puedes encontrar ningún fallo. Para repetir una tercera vez!!!
