Disappointing experience with poor service, would not recommend.
Pros:

The location is quite convenient and close to everything.

Cons:

We booked this place only because Booking indicated that our room would be upgraded to a junior suite. However, upon arrival, we were told that no junior suites were available, and we were given a standard room instead with no upgrade. The staff was quite rude and asked inappropriate personal questions, such as why we had so many belongings. They also took our passports to make copies and did not return them until I personally asked for them, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There is also no parking available.

Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who is looking for restful night in Tbilisi.
Pros:

The receptionist lady was pleasant.

Cons:

The room we were given (room 303) had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, especially in the bathroom, likely coming from the walls or ventilation system. After about an hour in the room, both my partner and I experienced throat irritation, as if we had smoked several cigarettes ourselves.

The only way to stay in the room was to keep the balcony door open all night. However, the room faces a very busy road, and the traffic noise was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep.

In addition, although we booked through Booking.com with a confirmed free upgrade to a suite, upon arrival we were given the simplest standard room and were told that no suites were available. The manager offered a reimbursement so we could stay elsewhere, but it was already late in the evening, we had a lot of luggage, and we had to leave very early the next morning, so changing hotels was not a realistic option.

Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay and far below expectations.
We felt relieved to leave this hotel.
