Hotel Jayshree

While the location, room size and bathroom size was as per expectations, the hygiene and cleanliness was completely missing. The bedsheet was dirty and full of hair. The floor was no less. Leave aside changing the used bed sheet of the earlier guest, they do not even bother to dust and clean the bed and floor. Please avoid such places unless you want to fall sick

Had booked hotel through fab hotel, when I went there they don't have my booking. It's cost me 2300 rs through fab hotels as they don't have booking through fab so i do walk in check in and thay charged me 3751 rs that's OK with me as It's not there fault.

They provide me room no 501, the pillow, bedsheets, towels I'm sure they washed it before covid 19 and never after that you can see in pictures.
They didn't provide me single toiletries no soap no hand washing liquid nothing the tissue paper was empty roll they even didn't bother to change it after the pervasive checkout is done.
The room was smelly worst experience avoid this property

Worst experience I book through booking .com
Went to hotel and they says you have booking
But wait for confirmation and we waited for two hours
And ready to pay ful amount but manager was so rude
He say he will not give room and language was worst
So request all not to book such hotel I had worsted

I stayed here from 27th April 2022 to 1 st May in Room number 101
I want to write good review after checking out about this hottel.
BUT
While checking out they said they will send GST Invoice through mail and they got my mail ID and GST number.
But still they have not sent the invoice and I am not able claim it from office.
I tried to contact through phone but line is going to OYO
Now I doubt why they have not given invoice by hand.
Mr. Manager please send the invoice.

My Son n family used this Hotel during Covid ,for quarantine. They had a very comfortable stay.
The staff were polite and well trained.
Highly recommended .

Its filthy beyond description... Don't get fooled by the pics...it is a health hazard to stay at such a place... Rooms stink, dirty bed sheets, pillows and curtains and dirty bathrooms...best to avoid

Booked online. Stayed with family for 2 days. Manager Pradeep was great. Ast. Manager Nilesh was also helpful. The staff attended to all our requests promptly and adequately. Had a quiet and comfortable stay.

Crap crap never ever go or will go this place again. Don't go by the pictures at there website. Booked with Oyo hotline and told us its a great place for family to stay. Never trust them again (Oyo flagship)

Hotel was booked via Makemytrip, unfortunately more then 50% declaration of facility on website was a lie. Hotel rooms are not clean at all AC , TV not working . Found long hairs all around in room. Although when raised concern with makemytrip they immediately upgraded room as a compensation however cleanliness is still questionable. Please see attached photograph for more details. I did try to change hotel but it was just a night stay so slept in that room. Never recommend anybody. Staff was helpful.

I m not sure how other people have given 5 stars to this hotel . But being a frequent traveler and have stayed in all kind of hotels all over the world , I must say that this has been the worst hotel ever stayed in!
1) it’s a run down hotel , the pictures on the website is highly misrepresented. They are no proper amenities that is mentioned on the website. In fact I had to keep asking for a fresh towel in the room , received it only the next day after repetitive asking. There was only a used towel that was left behind when we moved in.
2) the hand soap inside was so diluted so that despite applying it twice and thrice , all it came was water.
3) the breakfast area was in the night lounge area that was so dingy and dark during the day as well. I couldn’t even see what the menu was properly (which was not a lot anyways ) but still missed eating scrambled eggs because it totally looked like a different dish !
4) the last day , we ordered for breakfast in the room. We ordered for 5 slices of bread and two boiled eggs , two omelettes, two cup of tea . We were given a bill of 650 rupees !! That’s a 5 star hotel rate at such a run down hotel . I was shocked to know that 5 plain slices of bread was for 250 Rs!!
5) on the last day , I fell ill with fever and bad stomach. I needed thermometer which was no available , I wanted fruits which wasn’t available , I wanted plain curd rice and initially they declined to serve steam rice n pushed me to have Chinese! I had to really insist to serve steam rice because there was nothing else I could consume. Finally they agreed to prepare it !
6) I wanted the invoice to understand the break up of the food and they kept saying that they couldn’t provide it . They insisted that I look into their system for the break up which was so confusing . They have the Balls to charge me a bomb for a regular food yet they refused to provide the bill!

This hotel is probably the worst OYO I have ever come across. I have lost faith on the brand too ! Staying far far away now !!

Stayed there for two nights. Each night had to beg for towel. First night towel came after lots of begging . Second night it never came. Pathetic breakfast served in a rotten bar. Bar counter was full of half filled drinks of last night.

Iron was mentioned in the website. We asked for it and it came after ten reminder when we were dressed and leaving for work.

Poor Wi-Fi connectivity.

Asked for the bill but it never been given. I was told it will delivered on mail but till date did not receive it. Cheaters!

This is one of the worst and 3rd class property near by the domestic airport. It look like "Dharamshala" guest house . We don't want to stay in this hotel next time.

Staff is unprofessional. We checked into the room there were no soap, Shampoo just only one bath towel in the room. After call they brought those things.

I want to say OYO company if you want run this property for long time so be careful and give the best service for customers otherwise you will lose shortly.

Bath room taps were so horrible and water running continuously.

Disgusting room!
Not sure how OYO franchises these 1* hotels. Door knob was stuck. Dirty bathroom , smelly rooms. It literally smelled like someone just smoked in my room. TV didn’t work. Plaster was coming off the walls. Very congested rooms considering 2200 INR/night just because in vicinity of airport.
Luckily I just had too spend one night there .
In my opinion its better to stay bit farther thsn this hotel.
And yes wifi sucks , only works on android devices.

I was traveling from Boston for a business trip. The hotel is located very conveniently close to the airport and is complete value for money. They have a pick up and drop shuttle service with a friendly driver. The entire team is very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room that I got was very nice and tidy and had a decent sized bathroom. They have a very nice lounge with good music and food and surprisingly the rooms are still cozy and quite. Experience when compared to the price is great!

Wanted a place to stay near the airport for the ease of commute, got suggested for Hotel Jayshree. A very good experience, location is nice and good staff. Rooms were neat and tidy, impressed with the service.

Very dirty rooms. Got booked from airport itself. Wifi gave issues. Only thing wasit was 5 minutes from chatrapati shivaji terminal . Will not recommend to anyone

The toilet was very tiny. Flush not working properly.
Their buffet was the worst. Horrinle stale and cold and smelly food. Stay away from this place if visiting mumbai.

Excellent stay, service was top notch. Proactive and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and sound proof (very important!).Lovely modern, clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

I Was on a business trip. Amazing place to stay, neat n clean room. Very polite n attentive staff. Superb menu options. The place close to domestic airport which is grt. They have a small in house lounge as well.

Surely visit again.

Stayed there for a night in June had an early morning flight to catch. The staff is really polite and helpful. The hotel is nice and budget friendly, well maintained, comfortable beds, clean bathroom.

It’s great for families or solo travelers.

If you’re on a business trip you can stay here its nearby to the airport.

You can request for a pick up or drop for the airport.

it was a business visit and was looking for a accommodation close to airport . Quite surprisingly it is just across the domestic airport. I had on line booking done with free airport and pick up drop facility with free wifi . A small and neat place with not so new fancy facility . But rooms are neat and clean with assistance coming all over without any hesitation. Dont expect great food , you have lots of them at walking distance near vileparle station.. Go for online booking with the hotel and the rates are far better than walk-in .. Simple and cost effective for business traveller close to airport.

This so called hotel is little better than a lodge, however if want to stay just for one night or less to catch flights in Mumbai it can be a good hotel. Dont expect too much from this hotel, not even a good clean fresh sheet as they may not be changing a sheet after every exit of a guest.
But if you get a room for around 2500 Rs ( 40 usd here) then its a good deal.
Remember also this hotel is located right under take off path of flying planes which in Mumbai do it twice a minute all through !!
