Breakfast was nice, the hotel design was stylish with great views of the sunset on the rooftop bar.
Room not cleaned during stay, visibly dirty bed sheets and
visibly dirty towels not changed throughout stay.
When ordering drinks from the pool bar early in the afternoon, lots of cocktails not available due to no tequila available. Chose another non tequila based cocktail from the menu and was told they would go and get tequila from the roof top bar instead.
I was staying at the hotel for a special occasion with 9 other girls, who informed cubanito of this and requested for mine to be the larger one, but unfortunately had the smallest room out of the 4 rooms booked.
Walls very thin so unfortunately we were often woken throughout the night by other guests shouting and banging on doors.
J’ai aimé l’ambiance cubaine, la gentillesse incroyable du personnel. La beauté et l’originalité de l’hôtel. Le fait qu’il y est un frigo dans la chambre. Et surtout l’accès gratuit à tous les hôtels du groupe !

Personnel pas tjs aimable, ça dépend sur qui vous tomber. Tout est payant dans le mini bar de la chambre et c’est très cher. Chambre pas super bien nettoyée.
L’albergo é molto curato nei dettagli, stop.
Ultimo giorno prima della chiusura (non lo sapevamo) alle 8 hanno iniziato a sbattere e smontare nelle altre stanze, colazione inesistente (già pagata in anticipo) metà delle cose non disponibili , niente pane niente prosciutto , il personale chiaramente infastidito della nostra presenza. Anche al roof top non tutti gli aperitivi erano disponibili. Sopratutto la gentile signorina con la felpa grigia e gli occhi chiari che diciamo avrebbe dovuto servisci la colazione la domenica mattina. Stava con le mani in tasca letteralmente, mi ha risposto con sgarbo ad ogni domanda…
Noi non sapevamo che l’albergo stava chiudendo ed abbiamo pagato come chiunque nei giorni precedenti,ci siamo sentiti a disagio e la colazione avrebbero dovuto rimborsarceli dato che non era quasi niente disponibile…
Ci torneremo? Non credo , nonostante l’albergo sia molto carino.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi que le parking.
La réceptionniste du soir très aimable et avenante.
Il n’y avait pas de meubles ou d’espaces adaptés pour poser nos affaires, ce qui a rendu le séjour peu pratique.
Les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs étaient très présents, ce qui a perturbé notre repos, surtout la nuit.
