Pros:

We booked a four-bed room. The room size was a bit small, and the shower was quite compact as well. Overall the stay was decent, nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. The breakfast buffet ran out early and was not replenished adequately, even though there was still plenty of time left. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Tolles Bad. Mit Balkon.

Cons:

Schalten um 8:45 das Licht im Speisesaal aus. Egal ob das Glas halb voll oder halb leer ist. Egal wie viel noch auf deinem Teller ist. Nach der Hauptspeise wurde von keinem der Kellner der Tisch abgeräumt. Nachspeise haben wir zwischen Geschirrberg gegessen. Wein bestellen war gar nicht so einfach. Da muss schon ein Kellner Zeit haben. Wenn eine Platte am Buffet leer ist, dauert es lange bis wieder eine volle nachkommt. Kühlschrank hatte bei uns nicht funktioniert und stank. Zwischendurch wurden renovierungsbedürftige Stellen geweiselt. Leider blättere wieder die Farbe ab auf die Kleidung. Mehr als ein "Sorry" gabs nicht. Hatten uns ein anderes Zimmer, neu und renoviert angeboten, Schlafraum war aber kleiner. Parkplatz nur kostenlos wenn einer da ist. Viel Glück. Aufenthaltsraum kalt, da ständig zwei Türen nach außen aufgingen.

Camera molto pulita. Colazione e cena ottime vasto assortimento. Personale di sala molto gentile e cordiale. Impianto di risalita raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi

Posizione strategica per visitare Canazei, parcheggio davanti all'ingresso,camera pulita e confortevole prezzo decisamente vantaggioso

Cons:

Camera davvero troppo calda, abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra per abbassare la temperatura ma a meta nottata ci siamo svegliati per il troppo caldo, impossibile lasciare aperta l'unica finestra in quanto dava sul balconcino in comunque con l'altra stanza e quindi accessibile anche da altre persone
