the cleanliness, the view, accessibility and the staffs are so welcoming and ready to help at any given time. my card kept declining and they were patient with me until I could sort it out. Staff always took time direct me as a first time visitor in Australia.

The first thing is the scent as soon as you walk into Meriton It's just beautiful . We even bought a bottle home with us to be reminded of our stay and I also ordered a pillow when i returned home as i love their pillows as well.The Meriton is just stunning from the moment you walk into it. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing. The size was just like a small town house. I loved how the 2nd bedroom had its own bathroom as we were not expecting that. 6 seater dining table as well. The views of Sydney Harbour Bridge was the cherry on the top. Meriton will definitely be our choice of stay now whenever we go away.
The location of this property is excellent. It is right next to the Westfields shopping mall which made it easier to do your shopping. Also, we were upgraded to harbour view, which gave us a great view of the city and opera house. The bedding was good here as well.
The pool was not heated even though this was indoor pool. In the middle of winter, the pool temperature should be regulated. Also, the gym was bit small.
