Important information:

If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking.

Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Disappointing for the price
Pros:

Location is fantastic, you're 20 mins on the bus away from circular quay or Bondi and the buses and trains are right below you so easy and convenient to get anywhere

Cons:

Had mould in my room, went to concierge to report it, they got a housekeeper to wipe it and then told me there was nothing they could do about it. Told me there was no rooms available but I looked and there was 2 rooms left to book on booking.com. Wasn't refunded even partially for sleeping in a mouldy room. Pretty poor considering I've stayed there multiple times. Beds are really uncomfortable.

Amazing accommodation definitely recommend
Pros:

Omg your staff were great as we had a wedding and booked 50 People in , and they had all organised their own rooms and all had good reviews The afternoon free Ice creams Down stairs were great. Rooms were very large and even massive as we had a three bed room site . The One bed rooms had a large living area. Great city views. Cleaning was ok ? and fresh towels when we needed. Kitchen was good with just a few essentials for cooking. It was a great location near Bondi Westfield and
Very close to the bus and trains. A Good Cafe and pub close by. With lime Bikes everywhere to hire. And Bondi beach close by. Great shops in the Westfield mall . Amazing hotel with all the best facilities like pools etc. Some rooms were miles away from us tho. There's different buildings so you are not always close to other friends and guests , if they want to be near you should mention this in the booking. We didn't know to do this.

Pool was amazing, apartment was nice and spacious and was comfortable. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Both our bathrooms the showers leaked and the bathroom basin overflowed very quickly. When we bought this to staffs attention it was not fixed until the day we left. Staff were friendly just not quick to action
