The staff and location made it a very enjoyable experience
Pros:

Location was great in the ctr of town, easy access to shops, dining and lifts.

Cons:

The backside of the hotel on the street side made sleeping tough with street noise. No way to adjust heat in the room. If you wanted to cool off, you open the window but then hear the traffic.
