Pros:

Very convenient location, opposite to the main bus station and close to all cabin cars in Ortisei. Expensive cost but it’s really worthwhile and all staff are super friendly and kind.

Cons:

A single room bed is bit too narrow but it’s comfortable and clean!

Wonderful, personal, attentive to guests needs!
Pros:

The receptionist knew who we were on arrival and the following morning at breakfast the staff was aware that I had asked if any baked items were gluten free. She went out of her way to show us the gluten free items and verify the ingredients. So personal and wonderful attention to detail! Breakfast was delicious. The eating area is quaint, Austrian style.

Cons:

Is right next to central bus stop in town so morning is a bit loud with people waiting for the buses.

各方面都很完美的酒店，强烈推荐。
Pros:

这是我意大利之行28天入住体验最好的酒店，没有之一。地理位置就在小镇的中心，去刀锋山，休斯高原坐缆车都是步行可达。走路3分钟可以到达大型超市。另外早餐太丰盛了，服务也很好，每天都有热咖啡和热牛奶喝。更有好吃的牛油果吃，还有很多好吃的，每天都吃到撑。酒店门口还有一家门庭若市的餐厅，每天都有很多人排队等位。另外酒店提供了每天10欧的停车场，小镇上的停车位我看都是每小时5欧，太省钱了。各方面都很完美。

Perfect location, great staff and amenities
Pros:

The location couldn't be any better. It is right in the middle of Ortisei, with quick walks to the gondolas and the city center for great dining and shopping options. The staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint would be the small twin bed wasn't very comfy, and there is no AC (hot in the summer), so the sleep wasn't the best. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it! I didn't have time to take advantage of the free bus pass, complimentary breakfast (looked good) or the pools/hot tubs but they looked great.
