Bathroom was horrible, toilet didn't work properly. Towels were like cardboard and not enough of them.

It was pleasant
Pros:

It was really nice staying in the old town, good location right in the centre of the town, loads of shops and food at all hours even late on a night.

Cons:

Could do with being updated however seemed cultural. Airport transfer to Benidorm from Alicante was supposed to be free and ordered however the hotel hadn't and we had to pay 80 euro for a taxi to get to the hotel, over all it was good but must try harder with the communication

Clean but not returning due to the beds
Pros:

Close to shops etc and not far walk from beach

Cons:

Beds, no pool etc.

Very hard to find when in rental car we kept driving round in circles

Great location in old town

Cons:

I was on first floor very noisy road sweepers at 5am street furniture being moved and shop shutters from 6:30am , no fridge in room and bathroom was dated and in poor condition
