If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property.

All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.

For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Not coming back again

Location was perfect for us for business use and the staff are lovely, there is some amazing places to eat nearby and a Cole’s if you’ve forgotten anything. We were also a quick uber ride from everything else we needed

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 430pm and we had to wait around in the lobby for it to be set up, we were offered a late checkout as compensation however we could not accept as this was a work trip and we had to go back on shift by a certain time. The air cons and fan in the bathrooms were dusty, this seems to be becoming a common issue with Meriton as Waterloo was the same, the shower absolutely sucked the pressure was so bad I could hardly wash soap off me and the bed was very hard, we both woke up with sore backs. We tried Zetland after we were very disappointed in Waterloo and they’re still in same area we needed, sadly we won’t return to either. I also didn’t appreciate the call at 10:05am to check out, I had been loading the car and when I returned to the front desk at 10:10 it was unattended and I had to wait another 15ish minutes for someone to turn up and take the keys, I normally wouldn’t care about waiting around I get mornings can be busy but when you’re rushing me out the door at 10:05 at least be ready to grab the keys? This seemed very unnecessary no? We tried Meriton Waterloo and later zetland as Liverpool was absolutely fantastic and we have been disappointed on both occasions, our next stay is Sussex st I’m hoping it can give some redemption…

Good large unit but could do with some refreshing of the room & fitout.
Pros:

Quite roomy.

Looking a bit worn. Paying quite a lot so should be better standard. No face cloths provided.

VERY EXPENSIVE APARTMENT, I ENDEND PAYING MORE THAN EXPECTED IN BOOKING
Pros:

we were able to get an early check in by 11 am, which was amazing due to my kids were so tired and sleepy

Cons:

the room was quite old, no view at all, as per photos, we could see only branches of the trees and the heavy noise from the motorway all day and night. The clothes dryer wasnt working properly and the dishwasher didnt work etheir, the phone line to contact reception stop working on the second day of our stay, and wasnt fixed until we checked out. we had to use our mobile line in roaming to make calls to reception inccouring in more cost to us. The paid parking was a pain sometimes unble to find a spot to park, the gates closed or lifts that connect to pur aparment not working. Our daughter lost one of our iphone in the apartment, even the gps shows last seen there teh staff couldnt find it.

Pros:

The location is not bad, can take the bus to the city directly. Lots of restaurants around.

Cons:

One of the bedsheets are not clean, we can spot blood stain on it. Parking underground is a bit confusing as it is a shared parking with residents. Also, the parking fees seems higher than normal parking not through the hotel (maybe wrong)
