If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property.

All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.

For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Very pleasant stay with helpful staff and a spotless uni
Pros:

The property was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. They even allowed us to access the unit a bit earlier, which we really appreciated after our trip. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great service

Pros:

When I arrived , I had actually flown in from the Phillipines. I was quite unwell , I had what turned out to be a very bad case of food poisoning. There was a lady at reception , I wish I had got her name so I could share it here to thank her . She was extremely thoughtful and caring and checked in several times to see how I was . I’ve stayed at this motel numerous times now and always had a great experience . This time even though I was extremely unwell , the experience was made as pleasant as possible . Again I wish I had her name to share here . All I can say , is if establishments had more people like her working at them , I don’t think you would ever read a bad review .

No complaints , they went above and beyond for me and my partner .

While some improvements could be made, overall it was still a worthwhile stay.
Pros:

I requested a quiet room for my sister and I which was fulfilled, a split suite on level 2 of the small main building. It overlooked the courtyard which was pretty, and there was really minimal noise from other guests even for a weekend. That was another reason I chose this hotel, the surrounding streets seem really relaxed with mostly food venues so no noisy pubs or anything. It was easy for ubers to access as well. The little East Village shopping centre with Coles was less than a 5 minute walk away which was so convenient. The bus stops were very close, and although through public transport it was a little far from some of the bigger parts of the city, we didn't have any issues. Getting to and from the airport and a concert stadium via uber was quite smooth as well. Reception was friendly and attentive, and even there at 6am when we checked out. While there was no housekeeping during the stay, there was a washer and dryer as well as a qr code to access complementary kits like toiletries, and contact for the front desk if you needed anything else. Wifi worked well and there was chomecast for the tv. The kitchen was convenient, though we didn't use it for any cooking.

Cons:

The bathroom was moderately clean, but a sewerage smell emerged after using the basin and shower. The grout in the shower floor and wall could use a mould treatment/bleach but I recognise these areas are difficult to maintain. I think it's partially because the exhaust fan wasn't really working well. The beds were quite firm which was a little worrying at first but ended up being fine to sleep on. The pillows on the other hand were terrible, all 4 of them, somehow being very firm but if you put your head on them they basically disintegrated and it was like lying on nothing. I had to go and buy one from Kmart to be able to sleep. While these things are up to personal preference I'm not sure I could see how someone would enjoy using those, and to be honest for the cost of stay I was disappointed by that. A detail that seems minor but makes a huge difference in comfort. For rubbish, the main bin was a little swing top in the laundry rather than anywhere in the kitchen which is kind of weird. The air conditioning worked well throughout, but the units in the bedrooms made a whining noise that earplugs struggled to block out at night. Might not be an issue for a lot of people though.

Pros:

1. 房間很大，有2間睡房和2個洗手間。雖然只住2晚，理論上不會有客房消清潔，但第二天有服務員主動問更換毛巾。
2. 設施很齊全，包括洗衣機，乾衣機，咖啡機

Cons:

1. 洗手間清潔上不太理想，入住當晚2間洗衣間都有超過10隻小飛蟲在沐浴空間天花上 (有的是生的有的已經死了)
2. 沒有免費泊車
