Important information:

If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property.

All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.74% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.

For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Cons:

Bathroom lock clearly has had a problem for a while, as evidenced by repair work but not fixed properly as if door was closed we were locked in. Phone didn’t work.

Apartment was not clean. Glass dirty and kitchen dirty.

Comfortable, clean and worth the money
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The place was clean and definitely worth the money.

Cons:

One of the elevators in Block O felt a little unsafe due to vibrations and a slipping belt sound.

Pros:

The location and the facilities were amazing, the staff were so accommodating the room was clean the aircon was amazing we did not want to leave

Cons:

There was only one issue with our room and I think even the hallway was the smell it was a bit off putting and was there every time we entered the room, also the shower bath I have never been a fan of them I’m always scared I’ll slip getting out but other then that we were happy guests

We were very comfortable at the Meriton.
Pros:

The parking on the street was excellent so we could easily park at night in 4 hour spots that only started at 8am next day. I liked the carpet on the floor in the lounge. Bondi has a cold floor which is not as nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a great coffee stand not far away and a Coles for food shopping etc

Cons:

The TV went on twice at 3am in the bedroom by itself on 2 nights and once in the main room.
I think a bath/shower is dangerous but the shower was nice and hot.
There were no instructions on how to use the TV, dishwasher or air con - only found the remote on the second day.
The coffee machine is not compatible with Nespresso pods and the coffee pods provided are not very nice but I know that and always bring my own instant.
