Pros:

My request for a quiet room was accommodated. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was a bit difficult.

Perfect apartment for Sydney visit
Pros:

Excellent services apartment with all amenities- washing machine, dryer, kitchen. Very comfortable with balcony. Extremely convenient for shops and metro to Sydney. Great base for visiting family.

Fix the TV
Pros:

The stay was good. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing that I wasn't happy with was that the TV wouldn't connect to my phone and even the staff couldn't connect to it. I think the the TV wasn't connected the WiFi properly

Great location, great room and great staff - disappointing recreational amenities.
Pros:

Good sized rooms, great staff and great location!

Cons:

There are no lockers in the pool/spa/sauna/gym area which means I can't store my things securely while using these facilities. The spa was broken the whole time I was there. The towels were not changed enough so there was always a shortage in this pool area. The taps in the showers were on the wrong way (cold side was hot and hot side was cold - exact opposite of the way they worked in our rooms!). There was no water station outside the sauna and with the combination of no lockers to store a water bottle, it can get dangerous if you feel dehydrated. Please add a water filling station. Lastly, a nice to have, would be a tap in the sauna so we can fill up the water bucket without having to open the door and let the heat out.

Pros:

Loved the bed super comfy and the coffee machine

Cons:

I booked it specifically for the indoor spa. Ive got a bad back and its even worse when travelling 5 hrs. So I booked it to use the spa. Got there checked in and went straight to the spa... it was out of order. So that sucked. But we were super happy with the room.

Okay for the price
Pros:

Good location, shopping centre right in front so lots of options to eat, things to do and also train station was close

Cons:

Staff was not friendly or welcoming at all, the hotel is right in front of a highway so it’s very loud in the morning with cars, also the room isn’t dark enough at night or morning for when you sleep

Die Aistattung war modern und sehr sauber super Waschmaschine und Trockner inclusive.
Die Lage direkt an der Straße ist leider ziemlich laut.
Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
