All bedrooms (excluding studio suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Good location, friendly staff, but poor service practices.
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting Macquarie hospital patients and accessing Macquarie shopping centre.

Cons:

We stayed 6 nights and had to ask for fresh towels on fourth day. Sheets were not changed, bins were not emptied and tea/coffee satchels were not replenished during our stay.

Pros:

Room was tidy and enough space for me

Cons:

The staff made an error on check in. We were booked to stay 8 nights but they made it 7 nights. They suggested we look else where for our 8th night when checking out. This was hard as I'd just had back surgery and having to find a place after being told we had to check out was really stressful
