Pros:

My partner and I loved Merton Suites on Kent Street, the bed was so comfortable, room was spacious, great size bathroom, loved the full length mirror to take a cute photo we always struggle to remember to get and if we stayed longer we could of done our washing in our room. The sauna and gym were fantastic

Cons:

Unfortunately the spa wasn't working which we were looking forward to and the pool was freezing thought it would of been heated.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants downstairs and numerous convenience stores and shops nearby. There are also many transport hubs nearby, including train, light rail, and bus stations, providing easy access to most of Sydney's landmarks.
The high-floor rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The views from the balcony are beautiful, perfect for watching the sunrise, sunset, and nightscape.

Cons:

There are some gaps at the bottom of the shower door, which causes water to spill all over the floor.

Pillows are better than mine at home!!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and made the whole experience calm and simple. The beds and pillows were amazing!!

Cons:

The spa was undergoing repairs the whole time, so we weren't able to use it.
