We love the property

La chambre a besoin de rénovation. Les équipements sont fonctionnels mais désuets. Éclairage déficient. Propreté et confort des lits adéquats. A répondu à notre besoin d'une seule nuit sur la route du retour à la maison. Convenable pour un groupe de jeunes skieurs.

All our expectations are met and beyond. Spoke with the owner and he's very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will tell our friends about this hotel.

We came to MSA for the UCI MTB DH World Cup race. Complexe Les Neiges was in a great location, easy drive to and from MSA, restaurants, and grocery store. Room was simple, clean and met our needs.

Great appartement hôtel. Lots of place, has all facilities needed for a family of 4/5. Even if the weather was not great (grey and rainy sometimes) we used the spa and the pool. Very quiet surroundings and a parking in front of the building.Min point : could have more spoons, forks and knives. All in all great value for the price.

Comme d'habitude! Un excellent endroit ou passer un moment en famille, en couple ou tout simplement seul.

Cute room, didn't know we were in the basement but it was fine, had a backdoor that lead to a pool space. We very comfortable only flaw was the air condition was full of water and was leaking on the floor by the bed, but didn't bother the host as we arrived late that evening. Overall we would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The price was great compared to other lodging in the area and it was close to everything. We stayed in the mezzanine suite and my kids loved that they had their own space upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. There was a private little balcony as well. Check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was small but cozy, the motel was quiet, we weren’t bothered by any loud noises from other people staying there. We had a kitchenette with basic essentials.
The only downside was the bed was a little hard and the outside lights stayed on all night and shined through the shade on the window of the door. We would go back again.

We liked the convenience of checking in late. It was a contactless checkin and checkout. The rooms was great and had a kitchen in the unit. We really appreciate the amenities and close proximity to the Saint Anne cathedral.
Will be a top contender for our next visit.

No staff anywhere for help. Would have been nice if there was ground coffee as there was everything to make coffee just no beans or a couple bottles of water would have been nice . Room and beds were clean.
