Situated in the heart of Sydney CBD, our property is a short walk from Hyde Park, Chinatown, and the Queen Victoria Building. Explore Darling Harbour just 14 minutes away. Union Pay cards are accepted for your convenience.

Unwind in the heated indoor swimming pool on level 61, or pamper yourself in the sauna and hot tub. Each air-conditioned suite features laundry facilities, a gourmet kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. Some suites even offer a spa bath.

Important information:

If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.

Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.

For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.

A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking.

Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:
- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100

- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, PER ROOM. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Exceptional accommodation staff and facilities
Pros:

The view is to die for, the suite is like a penthouse. It is so clean fresh and modern. The staff are exceptional and nothing is to much trouble. Best holiday experience ever

A fantastic but expensive stay.
Pros:

Amazing space and view. Could easily live in the apartment full time it was so well kitted out. The pool and sauna were exceptionally clean and offered more fantastic views over the city. the location was perfect to access; shops, restaurants, tourist spots and connecting transport links.

Cons:

Having to pay $620 for a nights accommodation.

Great location for seeing the city, very comfortable and staff very helpful.
Pros:

Excellent staff, great location, we had a 2 bed suite with a work space and fantastic view over Sydney. The night manager Maynard got us off to a great start when we arrived late on the first night.

Cons:

The express clean is pretty limited. We were 2 full weeks there and I think we would have benefited from more frequent or deeper cleaning.
