All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve
New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, PER ROOM. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Great location - close to a lot of restaurants & fast food. Coles right next door.
No housekeeping for even a 3 night stay in a 3bdrm suite. Had to ring up to reception to request alot of little top ups of towels & other amenities.
Except for one specific staff member, everyone was very friendly. Even though we had a city view, it was on a high floor, which was quite nice.
There was a very loud, constant mechanical buzzing noise in one of the rooms, which made it hard to sleep. Also, despite the rainy weather, the room was incredibly dry a humidifier is definitely needed. Lastly, inside one of the cabinets, there was a messy pile of balled-up blankets stuffed away. It didn't look like they were meant for guests to use.

One of the rooms was fabulous the other quite small. Thankfully the staff moved us on the second night, as inconvenient as that was. To be paying the same price for such vastly different rooms wasn’t right.
We didn’t like the smaller room. We lost clothes (PJs) in the room changeover (left under pillows by accident) which were never recovered and no contact since departure even though asking each morning and on departure.
