Situated in the heart of Sydney CBD, our property is a short walk from Hyde Park, Chinatown, and the Queen Victoria Building. Explore Darling Harbour just 14 minutes away. Union Pay cards are accepted for your convenience.

Unwind in the heated indoor swimming pool on level 61, or pamper yourself in the sauna and hot tub. Each air-conditioned suite features laundry facilities, a gourmet kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. Some suites even offer a spa bath.

Important information:

If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.

Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.

For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.

A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking.

Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:
- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100

- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, PER ROOM. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a fan & shower tiles need a good clean. Cleanliness & amenities exceptional otherwise!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Meriton Suites. The location is absolutely superb—right in the heart of Sydney CBD and surrounded by everything you could need. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you’ll find countless cafés, restaurants, eateries, and department stores, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and daily needs.

The stay itself was peaceful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. We stayed in a large three-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our family of four, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy the trip.

The service was excellent throughout our stay, with the staff being professional and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Sydney.

had a comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

Staff were really nice and friendly accommodated some requests like printing a document I needed. Room is complete with full kitchen, kitchenware, washer and dryer and is very spacious. Beds are comfy and wardrobe is adequate. Many restaurants nearby and town hall station is just 5 min walk away. Theres a huge Coles underground too. Beautiful views of Hyde Park and St. Mary's and city from all the windows. Fitness center had enough equipment. Pool area was clean and has a sauna to relax in after a long day. Had everything we needed in the vicinity.

Cons:

we found the elevator a bit tricky with just the keycard as access and a couple of times we end up in a different floor. there's an unpleasant smell in the hallway and elevator. the carpet in the room can also use some vacuuming.
