Beautiful place, enjoyed the stay
Pros:

The atmosphere, location, and design were fantastic. It's close to many shops and restaurants. It has a beautiful unique design.

Cons:

The bed and pillow were like sleeping on bricks. VERY uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have some water to drink. I would have given at 10, but for these reasons.

It was a fantastic place to stay while I was in Indianapolis for GenCon.
Pros:

Beautiful aesthetic. Members of staff were very professional and helpful. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

A little more light in the room would have been nice.

Enjoyable Get-Away
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Everyone from the bell hop through housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. It was crystal clear they were committed to ensuring we had an enjoyable experience.

The decor throughout is also very well done. Bonus benefit was the on-site restaurants and brewery, all three excellent. Provision for dinner was out of this world, RIZE for breakfast was delicious, and Daredevil’s was an enjoyable low key spot.

Room was clean, and in decent shape. Only minor thing was the bed frame stuck out pretty far, and we both ran into it more than once!

We’ll return to this hotel.

A Home Away From Home — Truly Pet-Friendly with Outstanding Service
Pros:

Our stay at Ironworks Hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service and genuinely friendly staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The hotel’s attention to detail and warm atmosphere truly make it feel like a home away from home.
They are also truly pet-friendly. The team made sure both we and our dog, Louie, enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable throughout. It’s refreshing to find a place that treats pets as part of the family. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel and staff!
Pros:

I am always pleased with my stays at Ironworks in Indy. From the courteous valet parking employees, front desk staff and Provisions restaurant, I am greeted thoughtfully. Oh, and I love the bathrooms! I will always stay at Ironworks when visiting the city.

Wonderful Hotel

Loved the decor, it was very nice. Better than just a regular hotel. The shower was amazing!

Pros:

Clean facility with exceptionally polite staff. The room was wonderful and well prepared.

Cons:

The bathroom had an amazing rain shower however with must showers like that they eventually leak water out various spots. Our room had a small portion of wood rot from the water damage. But the bathroom was very clean and comfortable despite this.
