I'd stay with you again... you were good. But you could have been great.
Pros:

I liked the interior design, pallet, firmer mattress, etc.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel is not ... well, it's not well lit and obvious. The lobby not being on the ground floor and the dark tinted windows make it hard of you have never been there to "know" were the front entrance is. Yes, there's a portico but even with that the entrance is understated and dark at night. You can't see "in" easily.

Pillows - meh. Should have 2 soft and 2 hard per bed.

Sheer drape - Yes, you have the black out drape but you're missing the sheer so we can have privacy but not need to be in a windowless dark environment.

Towels - while plentiful they feel like sandpaper. I literally stay at a Holiday in directly after your hotel and their towels were soft compared to yours.

Two luggage stands - why do hotels not have two... your set up for two guests, don't you think they both have luggage!?

The overall vibe was great, and the hotel is located to shopping and great food options.
Pros:

The location and set up of the hotel were both exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we go back to Indy, we will plan on staying at the Iron Works Hotel again.
