Pros:

I would give it 10 stars if I could! The concept is so unique and the rooms are incredible!! Warehouse style concept. So cool! Provisions restaurant/bar on site is fabulous!

I am a true hotel snob. It made my Top 5 list in the USA! Enjoy!

Beautiful location.

Cons:

I had to call for a bucket of ice. Plus the bed was like sleeping on concrete and the pillows were worse. Surprise charges for a small dog.

probably the best life decision I've ever made was coming to this hotel
Pros:

WOW!!! Where do I even begin? This hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, the rooms are specious, the restaurants are phenomenal, it's clean everywhere, and the smell.... OH THE SMELL.. when you first walk in. It smells like a combination of teakwood, clean, a hint of floral, and relaxation. I had a women's retreat for work that I was there for, and we all loved it so much we want to come back next year. 10 out of 10 I would recommend!

Perfect place for north side stay!
Pros:

I live in Michigan but love my dentist in Indy! I booked a stay here for one of my biannual visits because the hotel had a discount the night was looking at. Holy cow, I wish o could afford it every time!! The stay was perfect: comfy bed, quiet atmosphere, food available right down stairs. What more could one want?! The vibe was very industrial chic meets classic hotel. I felt like I was staying at a kitschy version The Conrad, in the best way :)

Pros:

The hotel was incredible. High class from the door guys, to the check in staff, to the restaurants, and the room. Beds were comfy, pillows were comfy, and the room was spacious with amazing light. The bathroom shower was the highlight. Rain shower with heavy flow? Dude, I would pay extra just for that.

Cons:

My kids thought that the shower being open to the outside was too kinky. No locks on the bathroom plus having an opaque shower into the room which was controlled by a curtain on the outside? Ehh? If it was just my wife and I, it would be great. Overall, we loved it though.

Hotel was fun, provisions dinner was so good, the massage at the spa was amazing!
Pros:

The restaurant options were good, also the spa options we enjoyed.

Cons:

I’m sensitive to smells and they have a very strong sent throughout the hotel.

Our best hotel
Pros:

Stayed several times. Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Left IPad in room when checking out. Honest Staff turned in to management, thank goodness.
