Meriton Suites Waterloo offers modern self-contained accommodation, conveniently located near central Sydney and the airport. The property boasts an off-site indoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness centre for guests to enjoy.

Convenient Location and Nearby Attractions
Situated opposite Moore Park Golf Course, guests have easy access to popular venues like the SCG, Sydney Football Stadium, and Royal Randwick Racecourse. Trendy cafés and restaurants on Danks Street are just a short walk away, offering a variety of dining options.

Well-Equipped Suites and Additional Amenities
Each air-conditioned suite features laundry facilities and a flat-screen TV. Studios include a kitchenette, while other suites come with a full kitchen. Guests can also request extra toiletries, shaving kits, dental packs, and towels from reception.

Pre-payment for the night of December 31 will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton within 2 business days, requesting payment, which is due within 24 hours after receiving the email.

All bedrooms, excluding the studio and mini suites, have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds.

Every 3 days, your suite will receive an Express Service, where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replenish finished amenities, stack the dishwasher, and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive full service and be thoroughly cleaned, with all linens changed every 7 days.

A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to secure your reservation. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: Studio - Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AUD 100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AUD 200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AUD 400 - Penthouses: Up to AUD 2000.

Always a great choice. Sure it isn’t home, but it’s probably the closest you’ll get to it for a good price.

We went to check in at 3pm as stated. The room wasn’t not ready and we had to wait for an hour. The bathroom smelt like vomit and hadn’t been cleaned properly. We had dinner booked at 5.30 so didn’t have to advise or move rooms as Checkin was so late. The staff were disinterested. Disappointing.

Good apartment, fair price. We’d stay again.
Pros:

Great apartment. I doubt you can get better for the money if you need to be in the area.

Cons:

It took an hour to check in, although they did extend our checkout by an hour to compensate.
