提前抵達時很難寄放行李，現場公告寫置放行李需拿至距離原館走路十幾分鐘地方，從對講機詢問人員後才說可以寄放在旅館，請另一位工作人員接收後放進房間，溝通與確認上花費了一點時間，雖然使用自動check in 和check out但問題處理上稍嫌不

Pros:

駅から近いのはよかった

Cons:

２つあるシャワー室の１つの鍵が壊れてて閉まらなかった。
部屋のソファーが壊れてた。
ダニがいるのか体が痒くなって寝付けなかった。

清掃をもっと頑張ってほしい。
Pros:

立地が良いことと、アメニティを運ぶときに使えるように、かごみたいなのがあったのが親切で助かりました。
駅が近いのでもっとうるさいかと思っていましたが、思ったよりは静かでした。

Cons:

まずエレベーターがないので、行き来が荷物あると大変でした。
部屋に入ってからは、禁煙の割に微妙に臭かったのが気になりました。
そして、掃除も行き届いていなかったです。
浴室の壁にゴミがついていましたし、浴室のドアのカビもすごかったです。
洗面台の縁も汚れていましたし、ゴミ箱も袋を捨てるために取ったら、底が汚れていてベットベト。
トイレの便器も便がこびり付いているところがあって、本当に掃除したのか疑問でした。
安くはない額を払っているのに、清潔さに欠けていたと思います。
