Pros:

ホテルにはスタッフがいないので不便かな？と思ったがメールでの対応はほぼ即レスなので全く問題なかったです。
朝食はホテルから少し離れますが、バランスの取れた品数で良かったです。
駅チカ最高でした。

Cons:

部屋が4階だったのでエレベーターがあれば助かります。

The affordable rate and convenience compensate the negatives for cleanliness and noise.
Pros:

Very close to everything, subway and train station. The staffs are prompt in taking action.

Cons:

It is not very clean. There are black spots inside the shower. Sometimes the main level smells because common washrooms and showers are on that level. Since it is a low rise, it can be noisy during the night.

Overall, it was a super convenient location, but only great for a short stay.
Pros:

Location was great an super convenient to the train and shopping area. We walked everywhere because it was so close too.

Cons:

As expected, the rooms were very small and a little bit scruffy but can be expected at a low price. Be prepared to carry suitcases up flights of stairs.

Pros:

シャワーとトイレは共同でしたが、室内に洗面があるのが本当に良かったです。
お部屋もトイレもシャワーも綺麗でした。
立地が良くて買い物しやすくてとても良かったです。

Cons:

和室でしたが薄くてもいいので、もう一枚マットレスがあると嬉しいかもしれません。
割と外と隣の音が聞こえてくるので静かにしてという張り紙があると良いかも。

Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica.

Cons:

No hay personal, me enviaron las instrucciones del check-in por correo y el check-out lo hice una noche antes de lo previsto. Hay una única ducha de mujeres para todo el hotel, con lo que, o madrugas o está ocupada.
