Tres bon onsen
Good location, use of the Onsen is included, friendly staff.
Everything was fine although our room was small with one side of the bed against a wall. But that can’t be changed.

Good was good for a quick stay, nice location close to the station and the onsen is perfect after a long walk
Pillow is terrible and rooms aren't perfectly clean, there is lint between the screen doors and there was a card from a previous guest
Posizione ottima vicino la stazione, camera pulita e comoda.
Camera piccolina (ma in giappone è lo standard), con più di una valigia si fa fatica a muoversi. L'onsen è off limits se hai tatuaggi (nel 2026 penso sia anacronistico ormai), ti danno delle patch per coprirli ma se ne hai tanti è impossibile. Peccato.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The onsen was nice with music and great skin/hair care products. The room clothes made us feel pampered and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to relax and escape the bustling cities
You can hear the trains pass from in the onsen so at first it disrupts the relaxation but it does become white noise when you are used to it.
Ao lado da estação, a localização é excelente, o local é muito bonito, café da manhã delicioso, farto, onsen espaçoso, decoração geral muito agradável.
Todo es perfecto! Los empleados muy amables ☺️ la habitación muy cómoda y comfortable. Y el onsen una maravilla. Muy bien ubicado.
Si visitáis Nara, merece la pena hacer una o dos noches, y visitar el templo Horyuji.

The room is so dirty (especially air conditioner outlet) and smells so bad that we couldn’t sleep all night!
L'hôtel est très bien placé, l'équipement est bien et l'hôtel est traditionnel si c'est ce que vous cherchez c'est parfait.
