The hotel is amazing, it is a full experience. From having to take out your shoes in reception, to the Onsen, the free massage chairs, the free ice cream and the amazing late Ramen that is also free.
We loved having fresh washed clothes. Everyone in the hotel was wearing them. It felt like home. The breakfast is super nice. It should have a bit more western options. Free coffee, free soda, and more.
The only negative aspect is the fact that even if your room is ready they won’t let you check in before 3pm. And the breakfast is good. Is a bit expensive but it was good.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, accanto alla stazione JR di Nara e a breve distanza a piedi dal parco con i cervi. La struttura offre un’esperienza autentica e tipicamente giapponese, con tatami in tutto l’hotel e ingresso senza scarpe; i bagagli vengono inoltre igienizzati all’arrivo. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Personale davvero gentile. L’atmosfera è piacevole e genuina, frequentata anche da ospiti locali, con personale gentile e accogliente. La camera era nella media degli standard giapponesi, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Nel complesso, una scelta ideale per vivere Nara in modo autentico e comodo.

Gorgeous, clean, traditional. The onsen/Sento was perfect for our last night on Japan. Highly recommended. They store your bags for you which is a huge plus!
No tattoos at the onsen unless you use their stickers. They limit 2 per person. The stickers are small so if you have large tattoos, bring your own nude coverup stickers or just know you won’t be able to use the facilities.
Overall the hotel was good, clean and spotless room, corridor, as well as the onsen. Perfect for family stays. Convenient location across train station. Large selections for breakfast.
The beds were hard as rock so it was terrible, we couldn't sleep the whole night.
The staff were always welcoming and smiling. We appreciated their professionalism.

Everything was perfect, the attention to detail was remarkable. The onsen is open the whole night and there’s complimentary ice cream until 1am. In the morning there’s complimentary yogurt and also a delicious breakfast. There’s two massage chairs as well that made everything so much better
