The location is excellent, just a little bit far from the Vatican Museums, but nothing that gets in the way! The staff are helpful and polite.

There is no elevator, so elderly guests with heavy luggage might have some difficulty. However, the staff is very kind and happy to help. The triple room is a bit small."

Et veldig spesielt og sjarmerende hotell med masse spennende detaljer og en unik atmosfære. Beliggenheten er utmerket, med gangavstand til mange av Romas største severdigheter. Hotellet var rent, og det var en ekstra luksus å ha både fotmassasjeapparat og massasjestol på rommet etter lange dager med sightseeing.
Frokosten hadde et godt utvalg av både mat og drikke, og vi likte spesielt at vi kunne spise når det passet oss. En av oss har cøliaki, og hotellet fant en veldig god løsning ved å la oss kjøpe inn glutenfrie produkter selv og levere kvitteringen. De refunderte de ekstra kostnadene, noe vi satte stor pris på.
Det eneste som trakk litt ned var at hotellet ikke har heis, så det kan være tungvint med bagasje. Prisen er også ganske høy, men totalt sett hadde vi et veldig godt opphold.
La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy amable. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y la cama es cómoda. No se filtran ruidos del exterior. Agradecimos mucho la fruta que reponen a diario. Hay una nevera llena de todo tipo de comida y muchos cestos con bolleria industrial que reponen a diario. Alberto nos obsequió con un paquete de pasta.
El mobiliario y la equipación de la habitación empequeñecen la habitación. El baño es pequeño. El espacio que queda entre el lavabo, bidet, inodoro y ducha es reducido. La escalera de acceso a la segunda planta de la recepción es amplia pero las escaleras interiores son estrechas. Las zonas comunes se ven desgastadas y tal vez por eso no están muy limpias.

The hotel did not have an elevator and it was on the second floor. This was the only downside
Great Location, in the center of centro storico.
The rooms were super tacky and cramped. Old Cheap bedsheets, terrible fluorescent lighting, had this old cheap massage chair that they claim was a feature but it was just an eye sore, nobody will use it. Had old appliances for coffee and to make your own toast that were completely in the way and reduced the space too much.
A gorgeous property. The decor is beautiful and the room was perfect! The room is fully equipped with everything you would expect but with also everything could you possibly need with additional surprises, ie breakfast w mini fridge, stocked bathroom (inc; shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and shaving foam, bidet,) saved us many trips to the shops! And the TV with aux connection so we could watch shows at full volume at anytime with the brand new earphones- amazing!
We had such a gorgeous view at THE perfect location right at the centre of Rome. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everyone we met was so lovely Thank you all so much for an amazing stay. We will be back again!
My only issue would be the massager. The room came equipped with a free back and foot massager at times we wished it wasn’t there as we didn’t use it and it got in the way. So making that something you could opt in or out of would be a nice touch.
We loved the rooms and the wonderful women at the reception counter. She was beyond sweet, very accommodating, and it felt like she genuinely cared that we had a nice time while in Roma. This Hotel was great!
