Pros:

Неймовірний готель. Локація топ. Номер дуже маленький, але в номері є масажне крісло, масажер для ніг, гідромасажна ванночка для ніг та холодильник з безкоштовною їжею (від оливок та різновиду ковбасок до десертів). Також є міні духовка щоб розігріти їжу, кавомашина, чайник та тостер.
Персонал дуже привітний.

Sijainti oli täydellinen. Lyhyt kävelymatka joka paikkaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja mukavaa. Aamiaistarvikkeet oli järjestetty huoneeseen ja syötävää oli todella runsaasti! Ruokia myös täydennettiin päivittäin. Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja oli kyllä siisti. Persoonallinen hotelli joka oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä.

Cons:

Sänky oli huono. Kova ja vietti keskelle päin. Seinät paperin ohuet ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat läpi. Tämä oli toki huomioitu hotellin puolelta korvatulpilla, mikä oli hyvä.

Friendly staff, I would have preferred to know that there is no breakfast facilities

There is no space to have breakfast.
There is food ( generous variety) placed in your room and in your servibar, you need to eat in your room ( you are provided with disposable plates, etc)

Pros:

Trevligt hotell som ligger mycket centralt i Rom, gångavstånd till det mesta. Fantastiskt trevlig personal som gav det bästa bemötandet. Perfekt städning varje dag. Det är lite ovanligt och inte helt enkelt med frukost på rummet. Många goda pålägg, men saknade nybakat bröd.

The walls are thin so you can hear the sound from the next room, but everyone was polite and became quiet in the midnight!

Good location but not what I expected
Pros:

The location was wonderful and the staff was great. But the room was so small we couldn’t open our carry ons if it wasn’t on the bed, so we had to have them next to our night stand closed. Breakfast was in the room!! There was a shelf which was like a pantry and a mini fridge stocked with hotdogs, cheese and other things (I was appalled that the profile of this hotel said excellent breakfast included. Walls so thin, that if one person woke up at 6 am for an early start, it woke us all up. Expensive price as well… over 700€ for 4 nights. I will not return.

Good location in the centre but pictures made it look better than reality.

Room had a good view over the ruins in the square.
Quaint and quirky.

Cons:

The hotel was difficult to find, through gates and up stairs. Horrible entrance way. Breakfast was food provided in the room with huge fridge, microwave and shelves with long life processed food. No where to eat it except sitting on the bed.
The room was full of useless equipment and badly designed. Beautiful bay window which should have had a little table and chairs for breakfast with a view was filled with a ridiculous huge massage chair. Spoiled a beautifully decorated room.

Good location but unexpected rooms
Pros:

The hotel had a great location but it is situated on the second floor of a building (no elevator) and we were given a tiny room with 2 small beds where we could not open our hand carry ons, except on top of the bed, due to the lack of space. Breakfast is included but IN THE ROOM with a tiny refrigerator and a shelf that was “the pantry” (absolutely not expecting this). Breakfast was taken on top of the beds due to lack of space. Walls were so thin, that guests waking up early would wake all of the rest of the guests sleeping. All with extremely expensive prices. If I had known, I wouldn’t have made my reservation here.
