Great hotel, main location, very nice and usefull stuff. Really great.
Pros:

The room is perfect for travelers who want to see Rome. It's a bit small, but have all you need.
The breakfast was an open fridge and food in the room, including fruits.
The location is great; we walked our way from the hotel to the Pantheon, Colosseum, and the Jewish quarter

Cons:

The shower is a bit small, but fine.

Во-первых, прекрасный менеджер! Был очень гостеприимный, подарил пасту, все показал и принес шампанское. Во-вторых, это вид на руины и место, где убили Цезаря. В-третих, очень интересный дизайн интерьера. И в-четвертых, сколько еды в номере и ещё массажное кресло и для кон ванночка и массаж - удивительно! Отличный отель

Pros:

I loved how central and close to attractions and transportation the hotel is. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
The room was comfortable and the minibar was amazing. Also the foot and back massage machine was such a great idea after a day of walking through Rome!

The most awful night we have spent anywhere!

Cons:

The property was dirty with stained bedding, furniture, visible dirt and smelled of smoke. We were offered an alternative room but it was equally dirty. The rooms were crammed and the electrics were a fire hazard. We cut our stay short and would have left immediately if we could have found alternative hotel in time. The property advertises a perfect location - the location was ok but there are much nicer areas of Rome. The property is advertised as a hotel but it is a section of rooms within an apartment with no direct access to the rooms without ringing a buzzer to be allowed into the property- the #hotels entrance is actually a fire exit and the owners insists you leave your keys at the desk when you leave the property which is unusual. The owner became aggressive
when we raised our concerns and said he couldn’t see a problem. I think if we had paid in advance we would never have been refunded !

Great staff, location and amenities
Pros:

Full support of staff. Great location. Lots of amenities (massage chair, slipers, lots of good food and drinks). Offer of free dinner.

Glad it was for only one night. However, the front desk staff was wonderful.

It was a 3 floor walk up. To say it was “eclectic”is an understatement….very strange hotel. I’ve never stayed in a room with a hot dog maker! In desperate need of an upgrade.
