За съжаление очакванията ни не се оправдаха. Храната беше еднообразна не само в рамките на конкретно хранене или ден, а като цяло за целия престой. Съмнителният аромат на някой ястия постави под въпрос обявената оценка на хотела. (Ако знаех, че ще карам остовно на картофи и ориз, щях по-скоро да започна диета, а не да тръгна на почивка!)

We rented a room for 11 nights for 2 adults and one kid. The beds for adults is very old as all of the furniture in the hotel as well and so uncomfortable l basically didn't sleep for almost 2 weeks. The sofa for the kid as well super uncomfortable you need to do sth about it. I knew that pool shared with another hotel and it is some kind of joke basically when the stuff from the Bellevue is yelling at you when you use sunbeds at the pool and beach as well ( guys have this information somewhere where people can see it). Shower in the room is a disaster- you cannot use it for more than 2 min - all bathroom in water and you r staying in it which is not great because it's not that clean bathroom. No curtain or anything- no one can go in the restroom after you, only if they r okay to stay in the water. The lady who cleaned in our room was so nice I understand that it's not her fault but the hotel owners and administrators for the poor cleaning- for 11 nights they only change sheets one time, towels was old as well, pillows are awful. Vacuum at least every day I didn't notice that. Lady did sth with the shower so we can at least use it okay and water was going faster so thank you for that. The room for 3 people is really small and there is no place to put your stuff somewhere. Smells like old furniture and it's not that great.
Food is really poor choices I ve tried everything in 2 days and it was okay basically but not good enough. Kid didn't want to eat after 3 day. No sweets no anything. That cakes was like nothing and baby pudding was awful as well. Coffee was awful and what shocked me the most was- no drink at dinner. Even water you have to pay. Bar charged as well lots of money for idk how old stuff. Ice cream looked like it was there for 3 years.
Stuff is really rude and looking at you all the time.
The most annoying guy is the guy who was in charge of the parking. I booked a place in June for an August with the free parking space.

Няма паркинг(или поне по 20 лв за такъв),,хавлии, всекидневни шампоан и балсам (парите може да ги вземете предварително но би било приятно да са на място), хладилник има но празен , асансьора като са двама души и вече е много.

shower in both rooms didnt have a door nor a curtain. in one room the shower was directly in the sink so u had to stand like a mummy.second room the water wouldnt drain, so every time we went to the toilet after taking a shower we sat in a puddle. we complained three times!!! they promised to fix this and never came three times so we ended up cleaning it ourselves every time with a mop.manager got mad at us and screamed and didnt even want to give us another towel(as one of them was on the floor in an attempt to dry the paddle). we had to fight with her to get one towel. they changed the towels once even though we stayed for a week, we ended up buying towels!. the staff was rude and snappy teenagers, never wanting to help! breakfast absolutely digusting, undercooked eggs, every day the same horrible food. there were one normal chocolate buns and u had to wait for them in line as they never made enough! sometimes they didnt even get more buns and we simply stayed hungry.one salt dish people were fighting for for entire two dining rooms, as if they dont have money to buy one more salt dish. they didnt let us sit in the pool bar tables even though we are literally guests!!! in that hotel, who payed an unreasonable amount of money for this nightmare!! u had to order something or else u are expelled from there, basically u have to pay to breathe there. ! the pool was freezing, we got in once for ten minutes in a whole week and got bronchitis for the rest of the trip! this hotel doesnt have a beach of their own(pretty sure the only one who doesnt) so u either have to pay an insane amount for the chairs or sit on the sand. all in all, after a week of showering in a doorless shower, sitting in a puddle every time we went to the toilet, getting bronchitis on the second day,horrible service, horrible manager and rooms and facilities, if u want to enjoy your vacation pay more and stay somwhere else, we never wanted to leave a hotel as badly as we waited to leave this one!

A WIFI a szobában egyáltalán nem működött. Parkolás fizettség ellenében irreálisan drágán! Egyhangú reggelik.
