Pros:

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The stuff was super friendly and courteous. They organised a room decoration for my partners birthday - it was lovely and very beautiful!
We can recommend the hotel at all!
The restaurant was good, the portions were bigger than we thought, the service stuff was great!
The Wellness area isn't that big but it's relaxing to take the time of and stay a bit in the jacuzzi or the sauna.
The service was very individual we liked that!

Een grote tegenvaller
Pros:

Mooie locatie

Cons:

1. De kamer was overhit en onmogelijk om te kunnen slapen de eerste nacht bij aankomst waardoor we zijn gaan reclameren voor een oplossing (34graden)
Dit kwam omdat ze de verwarming hadden opgezet.
Rond 22/23 uur was de kamer nogaltijd niet beter geworden en hebben ze ons een windwaaier gegeven maar daar waren we niks mee eigenlijk en zijn we maar van misserie in de zetel gaan slapen.
Ze gingen de volgende dag het eens laten nakijken door de werkmannen maar hier hebben we niks meer van gehoord.

2. bed lakens werden niet ververst en deze ook eens doorgegeven aan de balie voor verse lakens en handdoeken.


3. Rolluiken werkten niet waardoor de kamer ondragelijk heet werd. Airco kon deze hitte niet helemaal afkoelen van alle kamers en we hadden geen airco in de slaapkamer.

4. er was amper heet water onvoldoende om je allemaal te wassen na elkaar was niet haalbaar na 1 persoon was het water al koud 5a10 min max.

5. kleerkast viel bijna uitelkaar heb de kleren in de valies gelaten omdat deze zo onstabiel was en de kans op stukken te groot was.

6. Het ontbijt was ook maar zeer triestig. Ik bedoel hierbij, oud brood of een pistolet waarmee je bekan iemand mee kan doodslaan hahaha maar op dat moment was het wel niet zo grappig .

Nije lose moze puno bolje
Pros:

Hotel je jako lijep ,odlican bazen ,mirno nema previse ljudi jer je manji hotel.

Cons:

Hrana je grozna skoro ne jestiva.Dorucak salama i prsut izrezani na debljinu dlana .Posluze nekakav sendvic od tortilje salama deblja od tortilje ,ali u dorucku se cak moze naci nesto za pojest ,uzeli smo polupansion za veceru je svaki dan isti meni ,postoji mogucnost al carta al vecinu stvari ne maju kao ni sva pica koja smo htjeli narucit iako ih u meniu imaju zapisano . Za veceru smo narucili pilece raznjice sa pancetom dobili smo ih skroz sirove . Ostatak boravka smo isli na veceru u grad iako smo platili polupasnion.Hotel nije zasluzijo 4zvijezdice samo zbog hrane .

Pros:

Lokacija i koncept, ali nije mi se svidjelo da i drugi nehotelski gosti koriste u isto vrijeme usluge kao i hotelski gosti. Uz to, bila je i proslava godisnjice braka, a nismo se mogli kupati u bazenu u tom trenu jer je bilo neugodno gledati proslavu u badicima.

Cons:

Osoblje osim recepcije su strani drzavljani, ne znaju dobro niti engleski, a kamoli hrvatski jezik. Zbog toga postoji i znacajan utjecaj na uslugu koja je ranije bila znacajno kvalitetnija. Za ovu razinu kvalitete treba prilagoditi i cijenu (na nize).

Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam und der Blick in die Natur einfach hervorragend!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut, aber viel zu wenig Gebäckangebot (nur Weißbrot und 1 Weckerlsorte) und keine einzige Brotsorte! Die Butter, Topfen, Marmelade ist abgepackt und zwei Sorten sind zu wenig. Die Salami, Speck, Wurst, Käse ist reichhaltig aber viel zu dick geschnitten. Das Eiangebot ist aber sehr gut. Müsli, Nüsse usw. ist minimalistisch und wenn etwas ausgeht, dann wird nicht nachgefüllt! Jeden Tag gleicher Schockocroissant! Da könnte man sich auch etwas einfallen lassen. Außer Espresso gibt es keinen schwarzen Kaffee!

Cons:

Wenn Frühstücksbeginn um 7:30 Uhr ist, dann sollte auch das Frühstücksbuffet vollständig aufgebaut sein. Wir sind Frühaufsteher und es kann nicht sein, dass nach und nach erst die Sachen angeliefert werden.
