Pros:

Longe do Centro, porém para quem for somente para trabalho nas imediações do EFAPI é uma boa pedida. No meu caso eu só tive atividades ali por perto, então foi ok.

Cons:

estacionamento, é aberto e meio que em uma rua sem saída. A parte coberta, no subsolo, tem um desnível muito grande que meu carro não passaria e é sem acabamento nas paredes.
