Pros:

Staff was nice and helpful. I arrived earlier than expected and they accomodated me with no issue. Location is very central ans close to chowpatty which is nice.

Cons:

Room was hot and humid, AC didn't work although there's a fan in the ceiling. There's a physical bell (doorbell?) that sounds very loud at all hours, same as some.kind of electronic alarm annoyingly playing the "happy birthday" song over and over, sometimes for.several minutes.
