My first negative review in years. Don’t stay here
Cons:

I’m sorry to say this was a very negative experience for me. I traveled 24 weeks last year and this is the only negative review I’ve written - and the second only negative review in a decade. But because I feel that the manager didn’t take a proper action for refund, and because this place is much drearier than the photos, and because there was a potential safety issue, I don’t want another woman to have my experience.

The situation: My clients were nearby at a beautiful villa and I needed some good sleep. My first night at Hydra, I was placed in a room with a strong, nauseating sewage smell that gave me a headache. Additionally, even though it clearly states quiet from midnight to 9 am there were loud guests partying until 3 in the morning.

The manager had told me to contact her with any issues. I did when it was happening but didn’t hear back until morning. Very little sleep and had a full day of clients the next day.

In the morning, Lori, the manager, moved me to another location.

That night, coming in, there were a group of teens with their scooters in the dark inside this gated area. (You need to enter the gate so these were kids who likely lived here and their friends.) We said hello and since they were in the numbered space designated for our rental car, my husband kindly they be aware of the car. They proceeded to call us the “n” word, scream after us and ride their bikes and scooters and loop around us as my husband was walking me down the street to my space so he could return to our clients. I felt concerned all night. A second night of little sleep.

I came for the sleep.

These places are like little separated house/apartments inside a gate where residents seem to also live full time. They were very clean. And also dingy and dreary. The smell of smoke and sewage seems to be part of the experience in certain casitas.
They looked much nicer in the photos.

Gospodarze b. mili i pomocni, miejsce przestrzenne, taras umożliwia spożywanie posiłków na zewnątrz

Cons:

na pewno lokalizacja, a konkretnie fakt, że obiekt jest w bliskiej odległości od innego ALL INCLUSIVE Resort, co wiąże się z możliwym codziennie hałasem muzyki i animacji do póżnych godzin wieczornych np. 23.30...co nam bardzo przeszkadzało;
na pewno minusem brak plaży.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Il residence è curato,l' appartamento pulito, fornito di tutto, posto ideale per famiglie che vogliono trascorrere delle vacanze in relax.La piscina un bijoux ,pulitissima e ben tenuta. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo,residence molto curato e pulito.
Cons:

Il giorno dell'uscita sarebbe stato bello poter rimanere anche il pomeriggio in piscina (ci hanno detto che era possibile fino alle 13:30), pur consegnando le chiavi in orario ovviamente.
