Nice stay.
Pros:

The rooms are a good size with a decent balcony… no chairs on the balcony though.
Good air con.
We are English and two of the staff on reception , in particular, spoke very good English and were helpful. Staff in general smiley and friendly. The second time we have stayed there and would do again .
Hotel is near the fairly new ‘Hat Yai village’ and the park. Not that close to central Hat Yai. Good local supermarkets close by and street food outlets.
