Untidy, a lot of faulty equipment (fridge doesn’t work, faulty tv, no fan or iron despite an ironing board and a fan in the last room).

What I expected, very reasonable price.
Pros:

Room was not very clean, breakfast was very good and the lady who cooked and served was really pleasant.

Cons:

Lift did not work going downwards to the ground floor. Walls and ceiling were not clean at all.

It was very short mostly. stopped for a nap.

Won’t be back!!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES
Pros:

Not a great deal to be honest.

Cons:

The bed was awful the room was depressing the heating didn’t work. The staff member tried to make us pay a 50 pound deposit even though there was nothing in my emails saying anything about a deposit being paid. The staff were rude when we asked for more toilet roll and tea and coffee.

I will try and stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

It was close to the centre and the bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

First thing I found when I got it to the room was a cockroach! The staff weren’t very helpful, the carpet was filthy and the electrics were dodgy.

Horrendous service almost got into a fight with the property manager over a policy they refused to update on booking.com
