Tutto perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione straordinaria. Buono e abbondante il ristorante. Unica piccola pecca la colazione del sabato, che viene servita dopo le 8, troppo tardi per chi deve prendere un aereo...

Per noi rappresenta l’inizio della nosrtra vacanza
Pros:

Posizionato vicino all’aeroporto, molto comodo per partenza all’alba o arrivo in tarda serata.
Si affaccia su Playa Blanca e vicinissimo a Puerto del Rosario. Atmosfera piacevole e riservata. Staff estremamente gentile.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und für morgendliche Abflüge gut geeignet. Auch das bestellte Taxi kam pünktlich. Das Restaurant im gleichen Haus war ausgezeichnet. Der riesige Balkon zum Meer war toll.

Cons:

Wegen der Flughafennähe hört man jeden startenden und landenden Flieger sehr laut. Eine Geräuschdämmung ist nicht vorhanden. Gottseidank gibt es ein Nachtflugverbot.

Cons:

Barulho. Mal insonorizado, ouve-se as pessoas nos quartos ao lado. Os hóspedes não respeitam a hora de silêncio. Espaço com 3 festas ao mesmo tempo.

Ich bin Stammgast in dem Hotel, da ich die Lage liebe ... das Zimmer mit Meerblick lädt zum Entspannen ein !
Ferner das freundliche dynamische Team & das Restaurant ... kanarische / spanische Küche, ich liebe auch die Weine.
Ein Hotel ohne Massentourismus, Swimmingpool & Animation .. perfekt für Individualisten, die unsere schöne Insel erkunden wollen !

Bajamos a cenar,y como tenían un evento, una comunión, creo..pues una camarera nos puso muy mala cara y nos dijo que como eramos 8 no podía atendernos..lo dijo de muy malas maneras y a vista y oídos de otros clientes
Hay maneras de decir las cosas,nosotros en ningún momento nos quejamos, íbamos a irnos porque entendimos el agobio de ella..pero también entendemos que somos clientes y pagamos como el q mas
Si no nos fuimos fue porque otra camarera le dijo que si eramos clientes había q atendernos.

El trato del personal excelente, La ubicación, la habitacion genial

Cons:

Absolutamente la calidad de la comida fatal, muy mal, el pescado de la cena Cherne estaba incomible. Y la calidad del pan, aguacate no era natural, era de untar de terrina del Mercadona o LDL como poco, muy mala,cel resto más o menos escapaba
