Ekonomi oda almış olmamız kömürlükten bozma 5 metrekare rutubetten burnumuzun tıkandığı nefes alamadığımız bir yerde kalmamızı gerektirmiyor bence hijyen temizlik konusuna değinmek bile istemiyorum biz mecburen kaldık

Fiyat kalite oranı çok güzeldi ,sakin,huzurlu gerçekten tertemiz insana dinginlik veren bir yer

Impossible to take a shower because a door was missing. Water got al the way on the floovery noicy hotelr.

Oda ve banyo genişti.

Oda temiz değildi, oda havası rutubetliydi, klima düzgün çalışmıyordu ve soğutmuyordu.

Otopark yoktu.

Teşekkür ederim uşaktan geldik Saat 2 de otele giriş yaptık . Havuz falan gayet güzeldi . Kahvaltı bi tık daha iyi olabilirdi . Yine de güzeldi . Konum olarak plaja 15 kuşadası çarşıya 10 dk yürüme mesafesi. Çok aşırı iyi . Rahatlıkla ailecek konaklama yapabilirsiniz. Teşekkür ederim

Nice staff, very pleased,ready to help all the time.Clean pool. Classic breakfast. Location on hill, but lot of fresh air on the balcony, we went with taxi. Good Wi fi at room. I would give excellent, but there is no lift.

Temizlik konusunda 0 puan veriyorum. Odalarda örümcekler var, rutubet kokuyor. Mutfak kısmında, bardaklar lekeli, kenarlarında ruj izleri var. çatal, kaşık aynı şekilde yemekler yapışmış.
Personel isteksiz çalışıyorlar, hiç güleryüzlü degiller.
Sadece bir gece geçirdigimiz için, birşey demedik, ama uzun bçr süre kalınacak bir otel degil.

Oda ya akşam saat 5 te vardık. Oda ıslak idi. Odadaki kullandığımız çarşaf kirli idi. Genel olarak çok memnun kalmadık. Klozeti de kırık idi.

It is a very bad conditioned hotel. Rooms are very small, dirty and loudy. Air conditioning wasnt working. I strongly dont suggest anybody else to stay here

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Es wurde nie gereinigt. Nur die Handtücher wurden alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Meine Dusche konnte ich entweder ganz kalt oder ganz heiß nutzen. Habe mich beschwert aber es wurde keine Lösung gefunden. 1 Tag ging es mir schlecht und ich musste mich auf der Toilette übergeben. Das Waschbecken war leider voll und ich hab es sofort gemeldet. Dieser Vorfall war 2 Tage vor meiner Abreise und nichts wurde gemacht obwohl ich mich beschwert hatte. Der Pool wurde nicht jeden gereinigt was man auch sehen konnte. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders da es wirklich nur billig Zeug gibt und das nicht richtig schmeckte. Hatte vor meiner Anreise die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen aber leider nicht wahrgenommen. Ich rate euch ab hier einen Aufenthalt zu buchen,

Asansör yok. Odanın kapısı kilitli olmasına rağmen açılıyordu ve dışardan içerisi görünecek kadar Aralık kalıyordu. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Araç yok ise sahile yürüme mesafesi uzak. Çarşaf ve havlular temizdi.

Otelde bir gün geçirdik. Kuşadası merkezine 15-20 dk. yürüme mesafesinde. Oda ve çarşaflar-havlular temizdi. Yataklar bize fazla yumuşak geldi. Kaldığımız oda iki kişi artı bir de çocuk için biraz küçüktü. İki kişi için bile biraz dar diyebilirim. Belki odanın doğramalarını açık bir renge boyasalar daha ferahlatıcı olabilir. Kahvaltı standart. Tek gün için ve otelde vakit geçirmeyecekseniz ideal ama birkaç gün için tekrar düşünmek gerekebilir.

Fiyatına göre uygundu fakat girişte kısa bir fiyat pazarlığı yaptık,..sitedeki fiyatı uygulamadı,...

Hotel zéro chambres pas de confort mangé plus chère que centre ville

My family and I reserved two rooms in this "HOTEL" through OTELZ 20 days before our trip. Three days prior to our trip the hotel called and said they did not have two rooms left !!!! We had already reserved the rooms and it was through the KNOWN site, so I do not understand how the hotel dared to call the customer in person and cancel a reservation which was made 20 days prior to our trip date which was confirmed by them . Anyway, after making several calls to the hotel and the website they said they solved the problem. When we got there, we were more than shocked, there are no words to explain the catastrophe!!!! First of all , there was NO PARKING LOT, but it mentioned that there is a parking lot and we had to park our car in a very narrow street. When we returned to our car, we realized that one of the wing mirrors of our car was hit by a car. The rooms!! Too dirty!! Just have a look at the pictures I took from my own room. It was more like a stable. It stank like sh…., mixed with the disgusting smell of mildew. The walls, as you can see in the photos, were covered with mildew. The bathroom was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER, filled with MOULD everywhere. The shower was not even working properly. There was no toilet paper, shampoo, hair dryer or even soap. The hotel has no room service. While walking towards our room, I saw trash all over the corridors. Literally speaking, it was a stable. We couldn't stay there even for one hour, and although we had paid for everything, we left the place and went elsewhere. We called otelz but they did even respond, we are still calling them and still there is no response. We wasted our MONEY, TIME, AND ALL OUR POSITIVE ENERGY. THEY RUINED OUR TRIP. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE OR YOU, JUST LIKE US, WILL SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES.

Otopark vardir yazıyor ama yok, otelin önündeki dar sokağa araba konuluyor. Klima 100 yıllık gibi çalışır gibi görünüyor ama çalışmıyor, sararmış. Oda rutubet kokuyor wc lerde sabun şampuan saç kurutma yok ve kokuyor temizlenmemiş. Yataklar gıcırdıyor. Kahvaltı tek çeşit. İnternet yok. Saat 16:00 da arayıp ödeme yaptığım odayı henüz gitmediğim için başkasına satmaya çalışıyorlar ne diyor en geç 14:00 da orada olacakmışım. Kesinlikle önünden bile geçmeyin. Berbat
