Gestione imbarazzante, finta camera "Superior" e totale mancanza di rispetto.

Cons:

Prenotato a Febbraio 2025 attirati dai servizi pubblicizzati, in primis la piscina. Al check-in la doccia fredda: piscina non disponibile. È inutile che la gestione risponda con la scusa della "chiusura permanente aggiornata sul sito": un hotel serio invia una comunicazione diretta sulla piattaforma di prenotazione. Ci han in pratica negato la libertà di cambiare hotel (dove avremmo speso meno). La receptionist ha fatto finta di nulla con totale indifferenza. Sarebbe bastata un po' di etica professionale offrendo una colazione o un upgrade, ma l'etica qui è inesistente.
Il soggiorno in una camera classificata come "SUPERIOR" (pagata 90€ a notte, colazione esclusa) è stata questa:
Al posto del terzo letto c'era un divano letto con la testata rialzata. Sono alto 185 cm e ho dovuto dormire con le gambe di fuori. La ciliegina sulla torta? Un materasso economico alto appena 5 cm (praticamente un topper) che sbordava pure dal divano. Vendere questo come servizio "Superior" è inaccettabile. Notte passata in bianco.
Climatizzazione e rumore: ventola difettosa che batte rumorosamente ogni 10 secondi. (Invierò il video come prova direttamente all'assistenza clienti di Booking).
Il secondo giorno ho provato a far valere le mie ragioni. Trovo imbarazzante che nel 2026, in un hotel business, nessuno dello staff parli inglese. Come se non bastasse, siamo stati trattati con assoluta scortesia. Davanti alle nostre lamentele hanno fatto finta di nulla, proponendo scuse ridicole del tipo "può usare la sauna se vuole" o chiedendoci "com'è stata la colazione?". La sauna era inclusa e la colazione non l'ho prenotata.
Al nostro arrivo avevano coperto la scritta "Pool" con dei fogli bianchi, misteriosamente rimossi il giorno successivo (manco la coerenza di tenere coperta la segnaletica). Allego foto di tutto.
siamo al limite dell'inganno commerciale. Vergogna. Procederò con reclamo formale.

Pros:

Zimmer sind einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ruhig, entspannt mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Man kann sich so gut erholen dort. Freundliches Personal und ein musikalischer Fahrstuhl sind immer wieder ein Highlight. Ebenso ist das Bett unglaublich bequem 😊
