A good place to stay in Stuttgarf
Pros:

it's a quiet neighborhood. facilities are good. staff was very pleasant (apparently it was just her second day to work for elaya. We got a good price for our stay. Parking is available and reasonably priced. I like those wall decors with automotive like porsche and bmw, etc

Cons:

the name at the entrance is ABACCO not Elaya, it was confusing. The bedsheets and beddings do not seem to be washed properly.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich abgewohnt, viele Beschädigungen an der Wand, Teppich verschmutzt. Es sollte renoviert werden.

Cons:

• Personal sehr langsam, wir hatten nur einen Kunden vor uns und die haben bis zur Schlüsselvergabe 10min gebraucht
• Pool funktioniert wohl seit Jahren schon nicht

Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Queensizebett, bei der Gesamtperformance ist etwas Luft nach oben
Pros:

Der Check-In war an unserem Anreisetag etwas umständlich, da die Dame keinen Zugang zum System hatte; sie hat aber versucht, die Situation souverän zu meistern. Das Zimmer war sauber und angemessen groß, im Queensizebett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist recht teuer.

Für ein zwei Nächte bei dem Preis akzeptabel, aber für uns wegen der Bettbreite keine Wiederholung

Super Service, dass Hunde mitdürfen - ohne Zusatzkosten!
Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett, aber aufgrund des Chaos im Haus überlastet.
Die kleine "Teeküche" (Wasserkocher und zwei Tassen) ist ein schöner Service.

Cons:

Die beiden Einzelbetten sind absolut nicht komfortabel, nur 80 cm Breite, das sollte in der Beschreibung stehen, wird aber nirgendwo erwähnt. Von Superior und Sleep Well Package hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet.
Die Badezimmertür hat beim Schließen fürchterlich gequietscht, was mich immer wieder beim Schlaf störte, da mein Mann mehrmals ins Bad ging.
Der Getränkeautomat war leider gerade defekt. Eine Bar für ein Getränk gab es nicht.
Die sehr schwere Zimmereingangstür fällt mit einem Riesenkrach zu.
Am Empfang waren meist lange Wartezeiten. Nach einem zweiten Kopfkissen zu fragen, hatte ich nicht mehr die Geduld

would not book again, and we have stayed in Wyndhm group hotels in many locations , never had issues

Cons:

we turned up to find out the hotel we booked with a swimming pool, had no pool they closed it, we had to pay for parking as an extra. we had an empty shower gel container and it took 3 days to fill it after 2 visits to reception, and the coffe sachets in the room, well we had 1 for 3 of us and these did not get topped up at all cups not cleaned daily and we had to buy our own jar of coffee, all in all not the best experience to have
