Waren nur 1 Nacht; haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, weshalb ich dazu keine Angaben machen kann
Bezüglich der Lage: für uns war sie optimal, weil in der Nähe des Hotels fußläufig ein Lokal war, wo wir auf eine Feier eingeladen waren.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist von außen namentlich erstmal so nicht zu erkennen, weil ein anderer Name groß von außen steht; sind erstmal mind 5 min darum herum gefahren, bis wir uns dachten, dass es ja nur dort sein kann
Der Name des Hotels ist dann direkt am Eimgang neben der automatischen Türe auf einem Schild zu lesen
Das ist das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre.

Seit Wochen ringen wir um eine Rechnung. Egal ob Anruf, Email oder KI Agent. Null Reaktionen, dabei hatte der überforderte Mitarbeiter bei Abreise versprochen, sie per Email nachzusenden
