allerdings bei den zugebuchten exra gab es trotz mehrmailger Aufforderung bis zum Urlaubsende Problem die gebuchte Kaffestation war nicht zu erhalteh nur Tee, dafür hatte ich es nicht gebucht.
Man kann eigentöih erwarten das Rüherrei aus Ei und nicht angerüht es Puöver mit Wasser besteht.

The food was OK.

We arrived approximately 50 minutes after the official check-in time had started.

Unfortunately, the receptionist did not speak English and made no apparent effort to communicate. Instead, she spoke to me as if I had violated an important hotel rule, which was not the case.

I paid for our stay and received the room keys. However, when we went to the rooms, we discovered that neither room had been cleaned or prepared for guests (please see the attached photos). When we returned to reception to report this, the receptionist told us that she was already aware the rooms were not ready.

We asked for the rooms to be prepared as quickly as possible and requested some form of compensation or discount due to the inconvenience. The hotel declined to offer any compensation.

The rooms were finally ready 1 hour and 40 minutes after the official check-in time. Even then, one of the rooms had no towels. The towels were provided two hours after the official check-in time. Unfortunately, the towels we received had holes in them (please see the attached photos).

This is certainly not the level of service I expected when paying €250 for a one-night stay for a family of four with two children.

The following morning, I left my contact details at reception and asked to be contacted by hotel management. To date, no one from the hotel has reached out to me.

As the hotel was unwilling to resolve the matter, Booking.com ultimately provided some compensation after they were unable to reach an agreement with the hotel.

Her kunne vi godt finde på at komme igen.
Pros:

Dejlige omgivelser, god tysk stemning i krostue. Billig og god mad og drikke. Rent og pænt og smilende personale. Perfekte udendørs omgivelser med en flot pool og stedet hvor man kunne nyde sin mad og drikke.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger ländlicher Gegend, umgeben von Pferdekoppeln und Reithallen, sehr aufmerksames Personal, Schwimmbecken, Sauna und Außenterasse machen den Aufenthalt angenehm, Zimmer sind sauber, ausreichend groß und mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet, das Frühstück ist sehr gut (das einzige was ich vermisst habe war Kuchen), das Abendbrotbüfet bietet für jeden etwas (kalt,warm,vegetarisch,Fleisch,Suppe,Nachspeisen) ,außerdem gibt es zum Abendessen Getränke (AFG, Bier,Wein,Tee,Kaffee) inklusive zur Selbstbedienung,
Parkplätze befinden sich in ausreichender Anzahl vorm Hotel,
