Szép hotel, tiszta szoba, kedves es segitokesz szemelyzet, jo elhelyezkedes, remek es minosegi etelek.
8 hónapos kisfiammal érkeztünk. A hotel teljes mértékben gyerekbarát. Nagyon figyelmesek. Az ételek fantasztikusak voltak. Nagyon kényelmes, hogy a hotelből közvetlen átjárás van a fürdőbe. A szülinapi tortát pedig külön köszönjük!

Amikor észrevettük a hibát azonnal javították, távozás napján a recepciósok kedvesek voltak.
Megérkezéskor elfelejtették mondani, hogy klíma helyett a fűtés fog bekapcsolni, mert a klíma nem működik, így az alapból 30 fokos szobát tovább fűtöttük, ami ennek köszönhetően egész hétvégén elviselhetetlenül meleg volt. A fürdőben lévő zuhanyfej elvolt törve, amit javítottak miután szóltunk, habár már a takarítás során észrevehető lett volna. A fő bárpultnál soha nem volt alkalmazott, így ha kértél valamit inni átkellett menned a másik pultba, ahol visszaküldtek oda és fél óra múlva, nem nagy örömmel jött valaki, ez azért probléma, mert csak a főpultban lehetett koktélokat kérni. Ezt sajnos minden alkalommal elkellett játszani. Este a koncerten a pultos és a fellépő nem voltak összhangban, így a pultos azt mondta nyugodtan biliárdozzatok (a fellépők előtt fél méterrel) még csak próbálnak, majd a fellépők minden bunkónak elhordtak minket amiért ott játszunk, mert mint kiderült az már a fellépésük volt (nézőközönség nélkül, mert inkább a recepción ültek a vendégek). Távozásunk napján személyzet csere történt ott a recepciósok már kedvesebbek voltak és a pultos is ott volt a bárpultban, ahol kitudott szolgálni mindenkit. Ennek ellenére a pincértől kaptunk egy "pfh magyarok" megjegyzést amikor az étteremben csak azt szerettük volna megtudni szabad-e az egyik asztal, habár a kérdésre válasz nem érkezett. A szakács az első két napban nem ismerte a fűszereket, azonban a távozás napján (valószínűleg egy másik szakács) mindkét nap sóhiányát pótolta a reggeli alatt.. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt végig érezni lehetett, hogy a külföldieket szeretik, azonban a magyarokat csak elviselik, legalábbis velünk ezt éreztették.
