Pros:

Rooms are very modern and well appointed. Quiet and close to the train station. Staff was understanding when I made a booking error.

Cons:

I had a booking error that meant I was overcharged. There wasn't very good ventilation in the rooms and the windows were sort of weird to open (double panes shared with a neighboring room and no screens)

Attention au personnel
Pros:

Les équipements et la chambre étaient très bien.

Cons:

L'accueil du dimanche était catastrophique. La personne nous a à peine parlé. Je lui ai demandé de l'aide pour savoir si ma voiture était bien garée elle m'a dit oui. Résultat ; voiture à la fourrière et 200€ pour la récupérer.

Le lendemain (lundi), la personne était beaucoup plus sympa mais le mal était fait.

Autre point ; des groupes assez nombreux zonent devant l'hôtel.

Escapada de fin de semana en pareja
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue que las habitaciones están bien equipadas y resultan bastante cómodas. Además, si buscas estar cerca de opciones de ocio nocturno, conciertos y actividades culturales más alternativas, la ubicación puede ser un punto fuerte interesante.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que, para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas, no cumple del todo con las expectativas. La zona de acceso puede generar cierta sensación de inseguridad según la hora del día, y el olor intermitente a desagüe en el baño resulta desagradable.

Ideal para conocer San Sebastián sin prisas
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el ambiente tranquilo y la atención. Ideal para un fin de semana en pareja. Muy cerca del Centro.

Cons:

Quizás a la habitación le falta cierta comodidad pero en general está bien. Los alrededores al principio parecen un poco inseguro por la cantidad de migrantes pero están a lo suyo y no causan problemas. El Desayuno está bien, correcto, sin ser nada del otro mundo pero cumple su función.

En general las instalaciones, ubicación y personal de recepción.

Cons:

Aunque para mi suficiente, a mi entender falta variedad del desayuno y la falta de reposición del mismo. Incluso entrabas al comedor y no había nadie para atender en el mismo.
