Clean and spacious

Cons:

TV is a mess… no Netflix or other streaming options in 2026…

Staff was very hit or miss. The young guy was very kind, friendly and helpful. The rest was a disaster. Very rude and not willing to help.

Friendly & helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed here for my partner's birthday. The staff was very friendly (they even kept the suprise a secret) and helpful with directions, as we had to drive to a well-known restaurant in a town a few kilometers from San Sebastián. Their partnered public parking lot is about a 5-minute walk away.

Nice stay in San Sebastian
Pros:

Hotel located next to the train station and within walking distances to Gros (really cool area to try good pintxos), staff was really helpful with recommendations. Bed was huge and so comfy, and room decor is kind of industrial design, they explain us that the building used to be a factory so I guess it goes with that.

Ubicación muy conveniente en un Centro de Arte
Pros:

Ubicación muy cómoda cerca de la estación de tren pero en unos minutos llegas andando al Centro y a la Parte Vieja de San Sebastián. El hotel está dentro de un centro de arte, algo bastante original, que además tiene un mirador con vistas a la ciudad. No tiene parking propio pero había un convenio con un parking público de la zona a un precio más barato.

Great location
Pros:

Great location next to the bus station
Lovely use of a historical building
Great rooms with comfortable beds and big bathroom with walk in shower
All staff extremely friendly and helpful
Buffet breakfast very good

Cons:

Seems to be the gathering point for young locals from around midnight to 5am ! Just hanging out but the noise woke us up every night .
