Highly recommend!
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Big clean room. Good selection of food for breakfast. Air conditioning in the room.

Cons:

Stayed in a ground floor room - big high up window so couldn’t see out, minimal natural night coming through and unable to open window. Food items at breakfast not replenished when low/have run out.

Séjour agréable mais mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel dans une ancienne fabrique de tabac, les chambres en duplex très agréable, un peu excentré à quelques dizaines de minutes de la concha, un parking public à proximité (parking de la gare)

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix. Bien entendu San Sebastian est une ville très chère mais le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité fournie (chambre, accessibilité, emplacement etc)

La habitación muy moderna y bonita. La ubicación perfecta cerca de la estación.

Great location, room and staff - highly recommended
Pros:

Location is great - easily accessible from bus station and old town via the subway. Bus station and bridge is just a few mins away. Old town is about 15 to 20 mins, so it's a great alternative to the more expensive hotels there. It's not cheap but very good value for San Sebastian in Aug. Room was great with a mezzanine floor above the bed. Bed, shower and AC is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Room is quiet. Hotel is connected to the Arts centre which is worth a visit. Overall, highly recommended. Great small grocery shop nearby just across the road.

Cons:

WiFi coverage and performance could be much better. Arts Centre cafe not open yet so you need to walk about 5 mins to the nearest bakery / cafe. Booking process with separate emails and confirmation directly with hotel not via this site was a bit confusing at first. Description of room (105) could be better as I got an upgrade offer for an ensuite bathroom even though the room had an ensuite bathroom.

Pros:

Great location, great lounge area ( although could do with an extra chair when 4 people) .
Kitchen great, and dining area great. Only 15 paces from the mini supermarket - with great fresh bread. Only 2 min walk to restaurants and river.

Cons:

Unlucky for us it was very hot when we were there and the fan was not sufficient.
The shower was very small

Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war nicht einstellbar. Abends „unsympathische“ Leute vor dem Hoteleingang „rumgelungert“. Etwas zu teuer.

Conforto e localização
Pros:

Quarto no 4º andar, muito espaçoso, sossegado, com frigobar. Decoração minimalista e estilo industrial. Cama confortável. Ar condicionado a funcionar perfeitamente, mantendo o quarto sempre fresco. Casa de banho muito espaçosa, com óptimo espaço de duche, com sabonete, gel, duche, shampoo e creme para o corpo.
Óptima localização, a 5 minutos a pé da ponte Maria Cristina e da zona central das compras. A parte velha da cidade, as praias e o bairro Gros também estão facilmente acessíveis com uma caminhada de 10/15 min. Tem uma pequena mercearia/frutaria mesmo em frente.

Cons:

Pouco espaço para colocar os artigos de higiene pessoal na casa de banho.
Pelo preço do pequeno almoço, a variedade de produtos oferecido era pouca.
Preço muito caro.

Pros:

This was extremely comfortable, clean, close to the beach and old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was walkable. Right next to the train/bus station so very convenient for transfers. We would definitely stay here again.
