Not good value for money or 4 stars.
Cons:

The room was not noise proof - we had a connecting door with another room and could hear them watching tik toks, coughing, morning alarms, foot steps walking around and just general conversation like they were in the same room (they were not yelling or obnoxiously loud either). Could hear them go to the toilet for example while we were laying in bed at night.

Gym was also poor - no equipment more than 10kg and tiny space only 2 people could work out at once.

Smell of humidity, not really clean, close to station which could be an advantage, but a bit scary with strange people walking around
