I won't return
Pros:

nice rooms and comfortable bed

Cons:

Location isn't good. They seemed under-staffed. When I arrived I had to wait in line for close to 20min and there was a long line and only one receptionist working who I felt bad for. Breakfast was overly expensive. Won't be returning.

Cons:

Les frais de stationnement étaient de 29 chf/nuit ! C’est le plus haut prix que nous avons payé pour un parking pendant notre séjour de deux semaines en Suisse! Le quartier est vraiment moche avoir su, on aurait réservé au centre-ville de Zurich… c’était notre dernière nuit avant le retour à la maison.

De plus, le restaurant n’était pas ouvert! C’est un hôtel touristique…!

La chambre climatisée silencieuse et le lit très confortable

Cons:

Le déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire pour 29.-
Le buffet situé dans un couloir de passage de l’hôtel n’est pas logique. Faire la queue pour un café peut être amélioré

Standort, ruhiges Hotel

Cons:

Da wir bereits um 6:00 Uhr morgens abreisen mussten, haben wir das Frühstück im Voraus als Lunchpaket bestellt und bezahlt. Am Morgen der Abreise war jedoch kein Lunchpaket vorbereitet, sodass wir trotz bezahltem Frühstück ohne Verpflegung abreisen mussten. Gerade bei einer so frühen Abreise hätten wir erwartet, dass eine bestätigte und bezahlte Bestellung zuverlässig bereitgestellt wird.

Pros:

The room was excellent. Very well presented.
Kitchenette was really well equipped but a cork screw was needed

Cons:

The restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday.
The receptionist was efficient but lacked welcome. She didn’t tell us the restaurant was closed.

Recomand for concerts on Halle 622
Pros:

Location near the train station (easy for airport and old town Zurich) and near Halle 622 (where are music concerts)

Cons:

Price is big.
They ask for 300 CHF as waranty and 21 CHF aditional tax which aren't on booking reservation.
They gave us drinkable water only for the fisrt day (which was Saturday) and for the other days we must buy .The problem was that the second day was Sunday and all shops near the hotel were closed and we hadn't the possibility to buy water for drink. We must go to Zurich for buy water.
