Bon hôtel mais mauvaise impression

L’emplacement est bien, proche gare pour aller au centre ville, le personnel de la réception est sympa

Je suis arrivé 45 mn avant l’heure officielle des Check in, d’habitude dans les hôtels, soit la chambre n’est pas prête alors je laisse ma valise à la réception et part faire un tour, soit elle est déjà prête et la réception me donne les clefs. Ici elle était prête mais pour avoir les clefs il faut payer 30chf… ça donne vraiment l’impression que la personne en charge de la politique tarifaire doit trouver de l’argent n’importe où pour remplir les caisses et ca ne donne pas envie de revenir même si en soit l’hôtel est bien.

Schönes Hotel, mit guter Ausstattung und super Zustand.
Pros:

Sehr guter Zustand des Hotels im ganzen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Parkplätze sehr gross daher der Preis völlig in Ordnung. Frühstücks Buffet gut und schöne Auswahl.

Acasa Suites Örlikon, einfach nur genial!
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt, vom Empfang über die Zimmer bis hin zu de Räumlichkeiten! Das Hotel ist einfach perfekt für Aufenthalte für ein Event in Örlikon, Hallenstadion oder noch besser gelegen die Halle 622! Das Hotel ist sehr gut und einfach mit dem Auto oder auch dem ÖV zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist in seiner Ausstattung modern, gepflegt und sehr ansprechend gestaltet.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Unseres hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile und Sitzecke. Besonders möchte ich das Frühstücksbuffet hervorheben. Tolle Auswahl, frische Produkte, für alle Ernährungstypen geeignet. Besonders nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Der Wellnessbereich ist eher klein und doch ausreichend groß, wenn man sich entspannen möchte.
Die ruhige Lage des Hotels lässt einen auch bei gekipptem Fenster gut schlafen. An alle Läufer: in nur 1km ist man im Grünen, in herrlich waldiger Umgebung

Für Konzertbesuch in Zürich geeignet
Pros:

Nah am Bahnhof und Halle 622, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile und Sitzecke. Alles sauber. Unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout. Elegantes Ambiente.

Cons:

- Hellhörig, teilweise vibriert Boden, wenn jmd vorbeigeht.
- Während meines Aufenthalts kam es leider zu erheblichen Ruhestörungen: Auf derselben Etage befand sich eine Gruppe, die über längere Zeit laut Musik hörte, sich sehr laut unterhielt und wiederholt an Türen klopfte. Dies führte zu einer deutlich beeinträchtigten Aufenthaltsqualität; an erholsamen Schlaf oder Entspannung war in diesen Nächten nicht zu denken. Wellness-Bereich daher nicht genutzt.
- Licht im Badezimmer nicht optimal für Make-up - zu dunkel, kein Kosmetikspiegel.
