Pros:

Super: die nette Dame am Empfang und im SB-Restaurant.
Toll auch: die Lage direkt am Stausee

Cons:

Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich erwartet:
- Dass in der Dusche kein schwarzer Schimmelrand in den Fugen ist.
- Dass die Deckenlampe im Bad funktioniert.
- Dass die Toilettenbrille befestigt ist und nicht wegrutscht, wenn man sich hinsetzt.
- Dass das Pedal zum Heben des Deckels des Badmülleimers funktioniert. Mag kleinlich klingen, aber: So musste ich mich jedes Mal runterbücken und dabei fast die Toilette küssen. :p

Pros:

Location is superb. Very nice lady at desk to check us in. Always somebody there to help. It is possible to order lunch or dinner. The room was big with nice balcony. Great view of lake. At night it is quiet. We did not hear a sound.

Un bon séjour dans un endroit isolé mais magnifique

Le personnel très gentil
La vue incroyable

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de restaurant parce que au lac de Santa Clara il n’y a rien à part cet hôtel… heureusement que la gentille dame de l hôtel fait quand même snack

Il manquerait une bouilloire dans la chambre quand même et de bons rideaux occultants pour la lumière

Very tranquil and set in a beautiful location.
Pros:

The hotel is set on a height overlooking the lake and the mountains on all sides. It’s a very beautiful location. It’s so tranquil. You get a great view of both sunset and sunrise and a wonderful starry sky at night.

I loved the place. It felt a bit like a wellness hotel without the wellness. It would be great if there could be a sauna and hot tub for example.

VISTAS ESPECTACULARES
Pros:

La ubicación es impresionante, el alojamiento tiene unas vistas espectaculares, es un placer nada más levantarse poder asomarse a la terraza. Todo estaba muy limpio.
El personal es muy amable. Nos prepararon algo de cena y lo agradecimos porque llegamos un poco tarde. El desayuno muy completo. La pena es que sólo fue una noche, esperamos volver para visitar bien la zona y pasar más días.

Cons:

Tiene bañera pero para nosotros no fue ningún problema.

A simpatia da D Madalena foi, sem igual. Um receber e cuidado com os hóspedes. Sempre prestável para dar indicações da zona, onde comer, o que ver. Procurou saber como estávamos e o que achávamos. Deu-nos à chegada um upgrade de vista para o lago. Foi tudo perfeito
