Made me seriously consider flying.
Pros:

There was easy access to the interstate. The lobby was pleasant enough. The staff the morning we left seemed friendly.

Cons:

Hot water, refrigerator, paint, cleaning these were all seriously lacking. Just too tired to go somewhere else and there weren’t any obvious drug dealers in the parking lot like our last trip home from Florida.

Charged for a stay and we didn't even stay due to No hot water.
Pros:

Don't know was told upon arrival there was no hot water in the building didn't get to stay but they sure charged our account.

Cons:

We booked this hotel and on the way we called to see what to pool hours were. The lady on the phone was very rude and stated the pool was closed down and the hotel currently had no hot water. We let them know that the hot water was a huge issue for us. And she stated she was going to cancel the reservation. We have since been charged $166 for a hotel we had intended to stay at but had to find some ace else at 9:30 pm

Would not recommend to anyone.
Cons:

There was no hot water and no pool access, we decided to leave after an hour of being there. Women at the front couldn’t give a refund. Wasted $200. When I try to contact someone from support I’m on hold forever. Normally I’m not one to complain. But being open with no hot water seems like a huge issue. Being charged $200 really sucks especially since we didn’t stay! We needed to take showers as we were traveling and were in a car for 12 hours!

Great stay except for the unheated inside pool

Cons:

Breakfast was not exciting. No milk, no fruit, not worth paying for when we booked. Pool was also closed for repair and we didn't know that until after booked

Beware!!! They will try to require you to pay extra upon check in!
Pros:

Beware!!!! If you are from Maury county or the surrounding counties the owner will ask you to pay a $200 Cash deposit on top of the price for the room/s. You have to show ID so they knew we were from Maury county. I have never heard of this practice before. We did NOT stay or pay the $200 cash deposit. This of course was not told to us in advance or we would have never made reservations there to begin with!!! Beware!!!!

The staff at this hotel is some of the best we've ever encountered.
Pros:

The location of the breakfast was perfect. However, it seemed there was a staffing issue and the same person who was responsible for the front desk was also responsible for the breakfast bar. Food wasn't replenished as quickly as it should have been and we had to wait for food. Otherwise it was perfect.

Cons:

The overhead light in our bathroom did not work. There were two refrigerators in the room. one was plugged in, the other wasn't but neither of them worked.

It was a short overnight stay. We wouldn't have been willing to stay in that room a second night.
Pros:

The location was convenient. The staff were ok. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The phone in the room had no wire connecting it. The bathroom door stuck, there was no refrigerator, the toilet paper roll holder was half off the wall.

Disappointed!
Cons:

The ceiling light didn’t work- the exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. There was a hole for a refrigerator but none -like advertised. Mold caulking around tub. Empty Kleenex box and half roll of toilet tissue. It said special pricing on the website. Guess you get what you pay for

The hotel said you didn’t make reservations I show them the number you sent they said we didn’t have a room so they charged us 175.00 the you all charged us 118.00 and they want give our money back they said that take you are who have to fix it somebody money back I will never use booking.com again I hope you will fix I shouldn’t have to pay 2 times Kenneth bober 6159692077
