Superb hotel at the edge of the city center
Pros:

Modern hotel with stylish rooms and confortable beds, good shower as well, great breakfast selection, parking available in the basement, located at the edge of the city center

Pros:

Made a simple mistake booking two nights instead of one. Tried to correct at check in but hotel refused. Very poor customer experience. Front desk staff tried to help but hotel management refused. Should have been an easy fix. Wound up having to pay for two nights when I only stayed one night

Que la TV estaba encendida y la demora en abrir la pluma del estacionamiento en la noche, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente. Volvería a regresar.

Great comfortable stay
Pros:

It’s my third time staying at this hotel. I like the design of it and it’s very comfortable

Cons:

Water in the pool was cold, my daughter couldn’t enjoy it as planned. The surrounding is not pleasant, there’s an abandoned lot next to the hotel, which takes away the charm.

Me gusto la comodidad de las instalaciones y las habitaciones, buena seguridad, amabilidad de todo el personal

Cons:

Nos tocó ir de imprevisto el 31 de diciembre, nos avisaron que habría fiesta de gala, y como ibamos en carretera no leimos eso hasta al llegar. Hubiera mejorado nuestra experiencia si contaran con tapones de oidos para los huespedes que no asisten a la cena de gala.
