Ofrecen parqueo llegado el momento no tienen disponibilodad.
Ofrecen desayuno gratis una vez que te sirves el desayuno te cobran extra sin informarte el momento de hacer el check inn.
Al ingresar al hotel no tuve agua fria 2 horas.

El personal muy atento y amable. Excelente ubicación a dos cuadras de la plaza principal. Las camas bastante cómodas. La habitación amplia y muy bien iluminada.

The breakfast was great and the small gym with treadmill, weights, and other equipment was a really nice treat. We had a change of plans and needed our room for one less day than we thought and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They also let us store our bags for almost 24 hours.

The only negative was that the room we booked was not ready so they downgraded us to a different one, it was still fine but not what we had been promised on the web booking.

The location was amazing. Right at the heart of the old town. Walkable to the main plaza, and many shops/restaurants around. The hotel was spacious, and the room had lots of space, too. I was given a room facing the street. It was interesting to be able to watch the people, but it was extremely loud (because it was Christmas). Should seek a room in the back if you prefer tranquility.

スタッフは、若い人だが皆丁寧であった。水周りのトラブル(床からの水漏れ)は少し残念でした。朝食が、質素だった。スタッフが、オーダー後に焼いてくれるオムレットが、カリッカリの卵焼きなのが私には快適でした。南米では当たり前かと思いますがペーパーを流さない習慣は滞在3日目にようやくなれました。

I visited a friend in Bolivia and decided to also go to Santa Cruz. It is a nice city, flat, nice weather too. I did enjoy the city for a few days.

I arrived at 3am and they were quick to check me in. Very helpful in helping me obtain a ride to Samaipata
The furniture is a bit out dated but location is great. Good breakfast.

Great Area of Santa Cruz. 15 minutes from the airport, close to local restaurants and lifestyle. Very nice hotel!

4つ星ホテルなのに、フロントでさえも英語が通じないことで困りました。部屋はチキトス地方へ行く前後に宿泊し、予約は2泊とも同じ条件の部屋のはずでしたが違っていました。特に最初に宿泊した時には、予約したランクの部屋をホテルのほうで把握していなく、予約票を見せて部屋を交換してもらいました。
Ｗｉ-Ｆｉは部屋ではつながりにくく、ロビーでの作業になりました。
チェックアウトする日の前日にタクシーの予約をお願いしておきましたが、予約はできていませんでした。
設備は全体はきれいなホテルです。
