Pros:

Excelente ubicación y personal muy amable y servicial

Cons:

Habitación para 3 muy estrecha y la cama adicional con resortes salidos, mi hija no pudo dormir allí, y la había ración demasiado estrecha para 3 personas.

Excellent location and great value.
Pros:

We love the Shinagawa Tobu. This is our second time staying here and have shared it with our friends too. The location is great, the hotel is quiet, and it is good value. We also appreciated that the lounge had a microwave available for use.

Cons:

The one negative is their lack of enough washing machines. They only have two for the whole hotel, and those machines get more of a work out than my feet do wandering around Tokyo. We decided to send our laundry out, which is not cheap but worth it for us.

Super Hotel gut gelegen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral zur Jamanote Linie diese ist nur 750m entfernt. Das Personal super Freundlich.

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer aber das ist ja normal in Japan somit würde ich da nichts abziehen😃

Praktisch und komfortabel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer in Richtung Shinagawa Station war auch gut.

Cons:

Ich war mit dem Angebot rundum zufrieden. Perfekt wäre es gewesen, wenn es ein Sento im Hotel oder in der Nähe gegeben hätte. Allerdings wusste ich bereits vorab, dass dies nicht der Fall sein würde.

Pratique et accueillant, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitez !
Pros:

Le personnel était incroyable. Arrivée pendant un typhon, ils m'ont rapidement tendu une serviette à mon arrivée et pris mes valises pour m'aider. Il s'agit d'un très bon business hôtel bien situé si vous venez de l'aéroport et que vous devez prendre le Shinkansen dès le lendemain.

Cons:

Le lit était un peu dur mais il reste confortable.

Cramped room with just the basics.
Pros:

Location is handy to major train connections. WiFi worked well. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable.

Cons:

Room was very cramped. No luggage storage. No room safe. Only one English language tv station CNN. Breakfast was basic and didn’t vary.

Buen hotel, buen precio y bien comunicado
Pros:

Hotel muy bien comunicado, muy cerca de una de las principales estaciones de Tokyo. Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Los baños en las habitaciones no son muy nuevos y para llegar al hotel desde la estación de Shinagawa hay que subir una cuesta larga, cargado con maletas se hace pesado.
