Pros:

The staff was very nice. The laundromat was working, and the area had a vending machine, which even served beer. Overall great hotel. There are multiple stores in the area and two stations with walking distance.

Cons:

The hotel is uphill from Shinagawa Station, which is something you don't see on the map. However It is close to the station (both Shinagawa and Takanawadai), so it's not that bad.

Affordable among other expensive options.
Pros:

Fit the entire family and walking distance from central Shinagawa subway/train station (but quiet) with easy access to airports and bullet trains.

Cons:

Cramped, dark lobby (in the back?).

Good value, clean and great plsce to stay
Pros:

It is good value for money, clean and friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The walk from the station, however that is my personal opinion. Doesn’t mean it is a disadvantage for everyone, as considering its price, cleanliness and service, it was amazing.
