まぁまぁ立地が良い

Cons:

・お風呂の隅がピンク汚れがありました
・ディッシュペーパーがあまり近い心地がよくなかったのと、中から干からびたムシが出てきました

We stayed only one night but we could have stayed longer comfortably. The bedding was great. Also the staffs were helpfu

The room was not bad, my only complaint is the noise

Close to the station

Cons:

The people in the rooms next to me were extremely loud even at night, cheering, yelling.
I don’t know if they were drunk or not but I could not sleep during my stay. I wish the staff would tell the customers to be more mindful of everyone else or have a reminder, I didn’t have this issue with any other hotel while I was in japan

物超所值，服务很棒
Pros:

同行的有年长者，预订房间是两间，发了邮件给酒店，入住时安排了门对门的房间，非常好。Lounge里准备的咖啡绝对一流。
结账后发现把甜品遗漏在房间小冰箱里了，联系酒店后，帮我们放在了前台去领取。酒店虽然不是四星五星，但服务不比高星级酒店差，甚至更人性化。

Cons:

客房打扫卫生的员工把备品和清扫用具放在门外，房间隔音效果不是太好，声音有吵到休息的客人。

Would stay here again but be more mentally prepared for lugging heavy luggage up the slope
Pros:

Room was spacious for two travellers and clean. Location was near both the train station and bus stop, we were able to use both.

Cons:

Even though the location is near the station, it's located on a slope, so pushing the luggage up when we arrived was a hassle.

おもてなしのホテル！
Pros:

品川駅から近く、飲食店などへのアクセスが良い。また、国道に面してないので、夜間も静かだった。
スタッフの対応は気配りがあり、親切でお客様本位でした。これまでのホテルの中でも上位でした。
一階のイタリアンレストランで食べたパスタランチのコースは絶品でした。
