Pros:

The property owner is very kind and provided information about tourist destinations. The roof top patio is a very relaxing place in the city. Five minute walk to busses going to Pokhora. All around a good place to stay in Kathmandu.

Pros:

Excellent experience at Kathmandu guest house. Nischal the owner was very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel has good sized rooms, AC, rooftop garden and wifi throughout. He was also able to sort out our washing in a short time scale. Thanks again Nischal if we're ever back in Kathmandu we'll be sure to stay with you.

No toiletries in the room :(
Pros:

No toiletries were in the room, and the water was quite temperamental. I was pleased to have a balcony and view for a bargain. The bed was comfortable an 2/3 of the staff friendly. It's in a great location just off the main area of Thamel, with nearly no road noise and easy walking access, and a quick walk to the taxis.
