Location is great, there’s a cute coffee shop on the same street. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good.
Their laundry service was crazy expensive for SE Asia. We paid about $25USD per night and our laundry was $20USD! It’s my own fault for not paying attention to the form but places usually do laundry based on weight not per item. I wanted to leave this part of the review so others don’t make the same mistake. Save your laundry for another stay.
Very good buffet for breakfast although a bit expensive certainly worthwhile.

I would recommend to take ANOTHER hotel, especially for foreign travelers.First night in the biggest room 70m2. this room was shabby with the toilet and bath tub looking dirty for example. do not take this room!
the hotel management gives an unfriendly and nasty feeling that they are very keen on your money.
I stayed four nights. For the last 3 nights I took a cheaper room but the hotel management did not offer to refund the price difference or to give discount for the 1st night.

It was a good central location and delivered what it promised. It was as expected. It was good that they provided large water containers in the corridors rather than having to rely on individual bottles.
