Pros:

The Hotel does NOT worth 1 star. The rooms are with split air conditioning but NOT working ,only giving hot air. The furniture ,sheets,blankets are outdated. The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator.
I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so.
Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and Expedia evaluation is TOTALLY MISLEADIND.
My worst experience in Samsun, hate to mention it.

* bijna geen ander betere hotel in deze prijsklasse

Cons:

* het is echt niet meer van deze tijd om de airco naast de bed te plaatsen, vermindert de slaapcomfort
* het is raadzaam als je zowel rokers als niet rokers aanbiedt te vragen wat de persoonlijke voorkeur is van het hotel

Wel schoon en goed gelegen.

Cons:

Als eerste ik heb 2 kamer gehuurd 2 personen en 3 personen kamer en duidelijk aantoonbaar maar receptie personeel wilde niet mee werken en zij nee je moet nog voor 1 persoon bijbetalen voor extra bed. Omdat ik met kinderen was heb ik het gedaan maar dit kan niet de manier zijn van werk. Ze geven booking.com de schuld dat er een systematische fout is....

Pros:

It was hard to have the reserved (sea view) room...takes long time and finally got a partial sea view in 2nd floor.
Also, reception staff not informed me about pool time list (men times and women times) so I lost my share in my one night stay.
