Pros:

オートロックでもなくカードキーでもありませんが、歴史と重厚さを感じる好きなホテルです。
新潟宿泊の際は一番に検索します。
新しいものが良いわけではありません。これからも歴史を大事にして欲しいとおもっています。

バスルームドア下が黒ずんでいましたが古さゆえ致し方なく許容範囲です。

スタッフ様の対応はとても良かったです。設備は古さはありますが快適です。朝食は安定の美味しさです。

普段のお掃除では及ばないところに黒カビをみてしまい、滞在中ずっとザワザワしてしまいました。

Cons:

トラブルシューティングができてない。事が起こる事は理解する。その際の対応が当たり前のように推し進める。文句を言うと言葉は丁寧風だがイヤな顔。最後は誤られて終わった。事はたいした事ないがやはり対応が最悪で二泊三日の新潟旅行最悪でした。2度目の来訪で何もおこらなければ、ホテルは悪くないのになぁ。

気持ち良く過ごせました。

Cons:

鍵🔑が面倒、カードキーが良いです。
廊下の声や何かの音がしていた。
部屋のポットが不具合で湯が出てこなかった為、蓋を開けてカップにそそいだ。
