コスパ、立地最高
Pros:

ロケーションは万代シティー、新潟駅ともに至近であり、アピールすべき。　また駐車場割引も今回は使わなかったが嬉しいサービス。コンシェルジェにタクシーを依頼したが、迅速に来るタクシーを選んでくれ車両も快適だった。

Cons:

水回り等、少しずつ改修して行ってほしい。キーは昔ながらの物理キー。持ち運びに嵩張る。

Pros:

ホテル全体が綺麗で清潔感がある。部屋のサイズも丁度良いです。
朝食もいただきましたが、とても満足しました。
三人での出張でしたが、みんな同じく素晴らしいとよい評価でした。
そして、価格もこんなにコスパ良くてよいのか?というくらいの価格。
新潟に来る時はまたこちらにお世話になります。
ありがとうございました。

総合的によい
Pros:

駅から徒歩圏内で繁華街に近いアクセスが良い
東映らしく何かのキャンペーンだったのかフロントに等身大の仮面ライダーがいてテンションあがった

Cons:

朝食の白米食べ比べを楽しみにしていたが(コシヒカリと新之助)コシヒカリの方は時間がたっていたのか乾燥して見た目にも美味しくなさそうだったのが残念。(もちろん味も)新之助は美味しかった
