WoodSpring Suites West Monroe I-20

We were initially placed in a room that did not have an air conditioner that worked for a whole night. However, the next morning we were switched to another room with a properly working air conditioner. I felt that we should have at least received a partial refund for the first night of discomfort. In addition, a whole was placed on my account for the full amount of my stay which looked like had been charged double for the next three days.

There is no way to make coffee

I did not get to stay. A front desk receptionist called me and said my card declined but I was explaining to her that I chose to pay at property. She said she don’t care what I chose on the website because that’s not they property policy. I was asking how could that be if website allowed it and she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional weird relationship the hotel and website have and that individual was very unprofessional

Last time I will stay at Woodspring property. The staff leaves at 10:00 pm and don't return until 9:00 in the morning. What if you spill a drink or make a mess in the bathroom and need an extra towel? $10 a day for my dog and a $50 cleaning fee made his stay more expensive than mine. I know that this is an extended stay and the 60 dump trucks in the parking lot (no exaggeration - I counted) starting up at 5:15 in the morning ruined my sleeping after a long drive. No coffee, no breakfast, and no way to stop the shower door from staying wide open and spraying water on the floor. I would have cleaned up this mess . . . ahh . . . but no towel and no one call.

Service was excellent and super friendly! The room was unique with a fridge and 2-burner stove. An ideal location for multiple days for sure. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was great! The only issue was it could’ve been cleaner. However, it was an easy access hotel and secure so I would choose to stay there again.

It’s a nice place to stay a little while or a couple of nights.. good card security to get in and out pretty clean and nice for the average person not like a retro dive.. you feel safe a clean staying there but not like high level, good for the price.. with microwave, fridge, small stove and clean design..

Perfect for what is was....

Scary as hell.
