Hopefully better soon.
Pros:

Staff was very gracious and helpful. Lots of renovations happening right now, so hopefully things will improve.

Cons:

My original room AC didn't work, so I had to change rooms. Staff was very accommodating, got a room upgrade with no added cost. My room was clean, but lots of flies, maybe because all of the renovations? Also the pool was closed for the same reason

The staff was friendly. All of the accommodations were adequate.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We did not get the room we booked. We were supposed to have a King Suite with a hot tub in the room. They said the room was not available due to technical difficulties. We booked the room over a month in advance. It was disappointing. Instead we got a room with 2 queen beds and no hot tub. They did give us a discount because of the error.
