Great Service , clean, all in one with Casino and Cafe
Pros:

Got the Executive King. Huge room. Fireplace, double sinks in bathroom, 65in TV. Pet friendly, great parking, cozy size Casino, on premises Cafe with pretty good food. I've stayed here multiple times and always had very high level of services.

They quit the free basic breakfast with your stay

Comfortable and convenient if the restaurant drinks policy gets sorted
Pros:

Our go-to hotel in Vegas for the last few years as it has never disappointed and is the ideal place to start a road trip away from the madness of the Strip. The chap at reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant has similarly friendly and helpful staff with good food.

Cons:

As the restaurant doesn’t offer alcoholic drinks, the casino bar sends staff to take orders with instant payment requested. However, this time, the disconnect between the bar and restaurant was glaringly apparent. After a 10 minute wait, I went to order the drinks myself but was told that they would send someone over to take my order. They eventually turned up after a further 25 minutes by which time I had finished my starter and was getting stuck into my steak. Not acceptable, and this will heavily influence our decision of hotel for the next trip, particularly as the price is much less competitive than before.

Guest treated poorly by manager.

Well, at checkout ,I had let the manager know that ilet her know that I didn't receive my deposit from August 1st to the 2nd I waited 5 to 7 days I went back and talked to the manager she said that she released my deposit minus $22.40 out of $100.00 the manager said late checkout which was not true.i called my bank later on went through all my statements with skyline and my bank told me that my deposit was taking off but never was released back to me there were no records showing that th manager put my deposit back to my card I let the manager know this and she laughed saying we'll I released the deposit I tried to find out what happened but I get no answers from the manager of skyline .

The beds were very comfortable, and my room was very clean. The staff in the restaurant and the bartender were very nice.

My husband and I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean
