If you're going York, definitely consider York Aparthotel
Pros:

The location: a few minutes walk from the train station. Also really close for pretty much all the sights and activities around York centre, but far enough away and set back so no noise.
Apartment was very clean and well maintained, also has pretty much all the kitchen gadgets you need for a weeks stay. Bed was comfortable. Really good powerful shower.

Cons:

We had no complaints. Only thing some people may not like is the pub next door closes at 11, and for about 10 minutes you get a bit of noise as they're closing up. But honestly, we didn't find it excessive or disturbed us.

Just the job for visiting the city of York.
Pros:

Clever design. Perfectly formed kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed. Okay there is a pub next door, but it goes quiet very quickly after closing and the plus is you have a pub next door! Just off street parking works.

Cons:

Not really a problem, but the roof is sloping so you have to careful at night.

Loved the accommodation, location, would stay again for the price
Pros:

The fact it’s so central and got everything you need

Cons:

Had to text and wait to get entry code as didn’t receive at time stated so we were late getting into the property
Could have been a little cleaner in the kitchen area

Pros:

Все понравилось. Отличный вариант для знакомства с городом. В апартаментах чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания. На кухне на первом этаже есть индукционная плита, СВЧ печь совмещенная с духовкой, тостер, чайник, холодильник. Электрокамин , масляный обогреватель воздуха. Много кухонных принадлежностей.Под лестницей кондиционер. Кровать в спальне удобная. Сан узел с душевой кабинкой и большим зеркалом. Есть электро полотенца сушитель , фен. Заселение прошло дистанционно. На входной двери электронный замок с кодом. Хозяин достаточно быстро отвечает на звонки и сообщения.

Warm, comfortable, and right in the centre!
Pros:

Location was excellent, small and tidy and comfortable, with everything you'd need for a short stay. We had a horrible experience with different accommodation and these guys were our saviours, so so appreciative and such a significant step up in terms of quality, comfort, provision and location. Michael spoke with us on the phone and ran us through everything, honestly this is what accommodation is supposed to be.

Cons:

Pub next door can get a little rowdy in the evening, nothing that the accommodation can do, but be wary if that's bothersome to you. The little hotel milk cartons in the fridge had very much gone off, though we did have our own milk. I think it's likely they haven't been checked/changed, but everything was marvellous. Only suggestion would be maybe chuck up a cover over the chairs in the courtyard, to protect from sun and rain for us 'orrible smokers.

We had a wonderful short break in a wonderful apartment in a wonderful city.
Pros:

The property is situated perfectly, very close to York railway station and on edge of the city centre so only short walks away from the main attractions and shops. It is an ideal apartment, comfortable and compact with all that is needed for a relaxing holiday / break. We were delighted with this property.

Cons:

The apartment is down a short well lit entry that was a little difficult to find on first arrival - the instructions provided are a little inaccurate and the apartment sign is quite small. It is adjacent to a public house which can be noisy at times - but this always stopped by 11-00pm and did not detract from this property more than very fractionally.

Terrible service and left stranded
Cons:

Arrived at the place and hadn’t received any check-in information. Owner’s phone was turned off and they were not replying to messages. Had to stand outside for an hour before contacting Booking. Waited another hour to be told they had canceled my booking for no reason. Was stranded and had to book another place to stay. Absolute nightmare and ruined the trip. Avoid.
