Great place but don’t expect to sleep before 11pm
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to the train station and shops.

Cons:

Like others have said the beer garden was very noisy even mid-week. No chance of sleeping before 11pm when it closes. Then there’s a few disturbances like bottles being emptied into bins but once it quietens down it was very peaceful. There were a few black stains on the bedding so they could do with chucking. Also the lighting was a bit crazy, a few didn’t work and others turned on lights in other rooms.

Bra beliggenhet og hyggelig personalet

Cons:

Ikke stort nok for fire personer, sovesofa var ekstremt ukomfortabel (man kjenner metallet i madrassen) og vi måtte ta overmadrassen fra hovedsengen for å kunne sove på den. Leiligheten fungerer nok bedre hvis man bare er to personer.

Shower head abit low could of done with been from ceiling or higher arm had to crouch down ok if under 5ft 10

Perfect stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Fantastic location. All you could want in an ApartHotel for a few days away. Helpful and responsive hosts.

Cons:

Stairs are quite steep so if you have mobility issues then that may be a problem. It was fine for us though

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Close to city centre

Cons:

The apartment was quite cold upon arrival, taking more than four hours to reach 18 degrees. It is also not soundproof, as we could hear everything from the neighboring apartment. Lastly, someone knocked on our door twice, once in the afternoon and again at midnight.

Good location, but a few small issues
Pros:

Only a short walk into York

Cons:

Parking was an issue, the 4 bays that they say have, seemed to be used by others and they didn’t park in a manner that allowed for 4 cars to park.

Hot water seemed to run out quick when wanting a shower, it must be shared the the other apartments

Everything just right for a stay in York
Pros:

The comfort and cleanliness was great, especially the bed. Lovely and warm pleasant bathroom and a tv in bedroom and lounge area. Lots of facilities if you need them. Location perfect.

Comfy, great location, easy and trouble free access into the apartment.

Nice apartment, great location.

Cons:

A couple of little issues that could do with being sorted out. The integrated fridge door has come away from the fridge door and the big blind in the bedroom, i wasn’t able to close it. Nothing major and definitely nothing that would stop us going back. There was only parking for 4 cars outside. I parked in the carpark down the road. It cost me £18. Then when we went back to the apartment after a meal, there was space outside. So i went and got my car, but by time i got back, all 4 spaces were full again. So i parked back in the carpark which then cost me £27. So from outside the apartment for £10 to £45 was quite a big jump. Not the owners fault.

If you're going York, definitely consider York Aparthotel
Pros:

The location: a few minutes walk from the train station. Also really close for pretty much all the sights and activities around York centre, but far enough away and set back so no noise.
Apartment was very clean and well maintained, also has pretty much all the kitchen gadgets you need for a weeks stay. Bed was comfortable. Really good powerful shower.

Cons:

We had no complaints. Only thing some people may not like is the pub next door closes at 11, and for about 10 minutes you get a bit of noise as they're closing up. But honestly, we didn't find it excessive or disturbed us.

Just the job for visiting the city of York.
Pros:

Clever design. Perfectly formed kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed. Okay there is a pub next door, but it goes quiet very quickly after closing and the plus is you have a pub next door! Just off street parking works.

Cons:

Not really a problem, but the roof is sloping so you have to careful at night.
