Pros:

The location

Cons:

It was dark and dismal, couldn't stand up straight in the bedroom, back breaking! Shower took 10mins to start and it's right next to a noisy pub (must check location in future)

Pillow wasnt as comfy at least to me and the glass on 2nd floor was a bit scary to step on. The rest was great!

The stairs are fairly steep, but not an issue for us. Great location and caretaker very helpful
Pros:

The proximity to the train station and the city center was very convenient.

Cons:

We could hear the neighbors very easily through the bedroom walls. They always quieted at 1100 pm.

A perfect find when I was standing at the Railway station with nowhere to stay!
Pros:

Great location and I booked it at the last minute because I had been let down by a previous booking. A little bit noisy as next to a pub with the sky light open but the air conditioning was great so you could shut the window anyway.

Nicely decorated and very spacious apartment. Great location in central York.

Cons:

Just a bit noisy into the early hours from people on a night out, but it was a Saturday and there is a pub next door.
