Great location. Good to have your own little apartment. Couldn’t hear the neighbours. Everything clean and spotless. Highly recommend to others.
There was nothing I didn’t like
Everything was great would stay again.
As a lite sleeper the Extraction fan in bathroom stays on for too long.
Wasn't expecting it to be over 2 floors so that was a nice surprise. Great selection of TV channels rather than just free view
Bed wasn't the comfiest, I woke up with neck and back pain.
Wall going up the stairs had some damage as did the bedding.
Text states that you get '1 litre of milk' instead we got 10 of the little milk pods which was fine but that's not what comes across on the text so perhaps that needs rewording.

Great location, compact and bijou. Perfect for an overnight stayvarranged at very short notice.
A few very minor maintenance issues, but noth8ng that impacted our stay. Overall still excellent.

Booked and paid for two bedroom apartment. Apartment only had one bedroom. Apartment was small, no linen provided for our daughter until requested. Apartment is next to a pub so was very noisy.

Apartment was lovely & very well situated
A couple of issues with facilities in apartment but we spoke to member of staff & she said she would report them
We loved the location, near the station and museum gardens (we were there for a gig) some good pubs and shops nearby
Nothing- the pub might be a bit loud (World Cup) but we were watching it too so didn’t bother us.
The planters outside the apartments need some greenery in
Bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning but the rest of the place was clean otherwise.
