Awful, awful, awful
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. The ceiling in our room had mold. The heater didn’t work. We were freezing!! When checking in, the person at the front desk did not speak English. We had a difficult time explaining that we had booked two rooms and what are requirements were. The breakfast in the morning was awful. All of the food was cold and the microwave was filthy.

Vị trí gần quảng trường.

Cons:

Mền gối khăn có vẻ cũ, không thấy sạch.
Xà bông bịch, ít và khó sử dụng.
Trong giới thiệu ks thấy để 4 sao nhưng tại bảng tên trước ks chỉ có 3 sao. Vậy có đúng là ks 4 sao không?

A fuir - rien ne va !!
Pros:

L'emplacement et malheureusement rien de plus !

Cons:

Réservations des chambres "deluxe" 601 et 603 ( qui n'ont rien de luxueuse).
A notre arrivée, un froid glacial régnait à l'extérieur, tout comme à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
A la prise en compte des chambres, aucune des deux n'avait d'eau chaude, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.
En quelques minutes on était glacés jusqu'aux os.
Le personnel est venu 3 fois régler les problèmes.
Apres avoir râlé un peu, ils ont fini par nous changer de chambre.
Cette fois tout fonctionnait ( modérément), on a presque pas eu froid et on a pu se doucher.
Notre seule envie a été de partir sans le petit déjeuner ( pas top et froid) le plus vite possible.
A part ça, fuite à la réception, odeur désagréable et il faut se balader en permanence en blouson et écharpe tellement il y fait froid
En gros, hôtel à fuir !!!

Pros:

Take note that this is not a “Delta Hotel” of the Delta chain. It is a 2 star hotel that has seen better days. However, and to fair, the rate we paid per night was quite low, so you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful and quick to respond. The heater in the room worked and there was plenty of hot water. The room was generally clean, but tired.

Unfortunately my sister got seriously ill while in Sapa and ended up in the hospital.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Not a good location

Cons:

Hard to find. Pictures on website were completely misleading.

Bon hôtel pour se reposer
Pros:

Literie exceptionnelle ! Chauffage efficace.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec des fruits et des gâteaux. L’ambiance du petit déjeuner est assez triste.

Over all the room was spacious with balcony and a lovely view ... right location

Cons:

Not much choices for breakfast... especially travelling with kids ... please work on your menu ... to make it an awesome experience ... for all age group ... add cereals / bread options/ cheese/ bacon / .. thank you
