Comfortable and Pleasant Experience
Pros:

Had a great stay at GT Hotel Jaro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was reliable hot water. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement: it would be better if room essentials like towels, doormats, and a hairdryer were already prepared in the room before the guest’s arrival. Having everything ready after the reservation would make the experience even smoother.


Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Location is good.

Cons:

No elevator. The room provided to me did not have any window. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. I also killed four baby ockroaches during my stay.

It had a stench at reception and all the way up however, they used a heavy diffuser sent that smelt
Like flower scent once you enter and when you climb the second level the smell starts to appear. There was not elevator which makes ot difficult to carry if you have heavy luggages. The main road was really busy.

The room was below average. Bathroom is dirty. Would not go back again unfortunately. Airconditioning was not as cold inside room 302 located on level 3.

Dobra lokalizacja (blisko dworca), świetny personel - bardzo uśmiechnięty i chętny do pomocy (nie pamiętam imienia młodego mężczyzny, który mnie meldował w godzinach wieczornych, ale właśnie tacy pracownicy sprawiają, że miejsce nabiera innego charakteru). Mega dzięki!
