忘れ物をしたので問い合わせしたらすぐ対応してくれ嬉しかった。品物は着払いで送ってくれ、翌日に届いた。

とてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。変なところは恐竜がエントランスでお出迎えしてくれたり、外に幻想的な木があったり、ラグーナまで続くイルミネーションに癒されるところかな。

ラグーナテンボスとの直結が良かった。
朝食も満足でした。
ラグーナとホテルに子供が満足でした。
いい思い出になりました。
一方で、駐車場をアスファルトにして欲しい。車の砂ぼこりによる汚れが気になります。高級車も多かったので是非とも改善して欲しい。

Pros:

恐竜好きの子供を連れて行くには非常に良いです。お風呂は大浴場は無く、部屋に設置されているものしかありません。周辺に日帰り温泉はありますが、歩いて行ける距離にはありません。ラグナシアへの直結入場口があるので、朝一から入場をお考えなら、宜しいかと思います。

エアコンが臭い。　夜中に電話が鳴り起こされた。受話器を上げるとメロディーが流れ…。それが３回もあり、受話器を上げたままにした。お陰で寝不足。翌朝スタッフに聞いたら、「電話が混線していて、こちらも何度かありました。」
だからお客も我慢しろと？
謝りもしない若い女性スタッフ。
話にならない。残念。

Pros:

かなり期待して泊まりに行ったが、まず部屋に入った瞬間から臭く、天井を見るとほこりがたくさんついており、風呂のカーテンもカビ臭く、布団で寝るとかゆくなり満足できませんでした。
ただ、朝食は非常に良かったと思います。
