airport shuttle easy to find. the only complaint the room was smelly. we complaint and the second room was slightly better. the smell is moldy kind, perhaps from the hvac.

Very convenient for the international airport and shuttle on time and very efficient
It is a great place to stay either a few days or the night . Hotel is very clean , and they make an effort, and go the extra mile make you comfortable. Breakfast was really good, that of course is if you like Chinese cuisine. The bus service to and from airport is timely 24-7 . Over all a great place , stayed several times already .
Second time booking Shanghai Deco, it’s amazing experience once again! Would love to book again when I need a transfer in Shanghai, the location is a bit inconvenient if you are visiting Shanghai, but it seems it is getting better as I can see there is new road building around the property, stay tuned.

Love staying here. Continent shuttle from PVG. Short cab ride to Shanghai metro if you want to get into the city. Staff (especially 219 223 cleaning lady) is so helpful. Only downside is that you pretty much need to take a taxi to find food or shopping options. Not very convenient to walk around the hotel.

The customer service was amazing! The hotel provides a shuttle bus between the airport, Disneyland, and the hotel, which makes it really convenient. Overall, it’s definitely worth staying here! The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the nearest subway station.
I was traveling from Suzhou to Shanghai Pudong Airport to catch a flight. I originally planned to book a budget-friendly hotel for the night so I wouldn’t have to get up too early to travel from Suzhou the next morning. I chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced, included breakfast, and was only a 15-minute drive from the airport.
When I arrived, it turned out to be even better than I expected. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the environment was extremely quiet. The breakfast the next morning was also very generous. I immediately recommended it to my friends!

This hotel was a major disappointment — far from what you’d expect from a supposed four-star property.
The room had a strong damp smell, and even worse, the bedding felt moist and clammy, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. While the interior looks newly renovated, the materials and workmanship are clearly cheap and poorly done.
Breakfast was a letdown as well — lots of items, but most tasted bland or poorly prepared. The staff lacked basic professionalism
The shuttle service only runs once per hour, which is inconvenient and impractical.
this hotel is seriously overpriced. The experience is more like a two- or low three-star level at best. Definitely not worth the price — I would not stay again or recommend it to others.
The hotel is great if you have an overnight layover. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The room was a decent size. I particularly liked the washroom arrangement and spacious shower. I had a single room and it had a king size bed. There was a free buffet breakfast that had a great selection. The only downside is that the hotel is located in an industrial area but okay if you just need a place to sleep. Staff were very friendly
