Great hotel

Service was not good. Any issues with room and they did not fix or would not fix. Location was ok but pay more and go to city center.

Camera ampia, letto comodo.
Posizione decentrata ma comunque buona.
Servizio alla reception da rivedere : inglese quasi mai pervenuto a livello accettabile.
Colazione INESISTENTE o comunque poverissima sia di qualità che quantità.
Odore di fumo nelle aree comuni ai piani
Da migliorare assolutamente come colazione e reception

Arrived late in the evening and left early the following morning. Room was extremely large and comfortable. Wasn’t able to check out the area.

Uber and taxi service are unreliable. Hotel staff was helpful and eventually was able to locate a taxi to the airport.

I booked the hotel while at the airport and although the reservation was sent to the hotel, record of my payment was not. I was required to pay for my room on arrival which was about 40% higher than listed rate. Hotel has promised to credit my card for the higher amount.

Would I stay at this property again? YES!

水道工事で滞在期間中お湯が出ず、すごく困った。

部屋によって当たり外れがありそうだが、部屋は使いやすかったです。また利用します。

We stayed here one night while awaiting our trip to the Gobi. The hotel is a little outside the city center but is very convenient for the airport. The room was very large and very clean. It was a great deal.

호텔 청결상태는 괜찮았지만 단체관광객이 많아서인지 조식은 엉망이었어요.7시부터인데 8시에 가니 벌써 단체분들이 쓸고 가셨는데 남은것도 없고 추가로 가져다 놓지도 않았어요.주변은 교통체증이 장난아니더군요..자유여행하시는분은 힘드실거에요.

Hotel is same building with a bank.
Next building also another bank and thus changing money is easy.
B1 is small supermarket with prices displayed.
Level 2 is restaurant for meals.
Level 3 hotpot restaurant.. (did not try)
Big TV. Toiletries provided. Mini bar at your cost with fridge.
Level 8 sauna is apparently not open during my visit.
Opposite hotel is another small supermarket and prices are displayed for your convenience.
Nomin supermarket is about 500m away..

Went with a team of Aerobic Gymnasts to participate in 1st Aerobic Gymnastics Asian Cup (14-16Sep)... Arrived at Royal Mountain Hotel on 13th and checked out on 17th.. wonderful Four days. ..

I accepted a job and have an apartment near the hotel. I went there to eat and found the food was great and the prices good as well. I received such large portions i thought i was back in the USA.
If you need to pick a hotel in Ulaanbaatar this is certainly one to try. I found out that the Australian mining company puts their men here. That might be a good sign of its status.

이틀을 각각 예약 했는데 방도 한번은 안 좋고 한 번은 좋았고. 식사도 한 번은 숙박인원 다 포함, 한 번은 침대당 1인만 제공이라고 추가요금 요구 (동일한 컨디션으로 호텔스 닷 컴에서 예약했음에도..). If you check in the hotel, you should ask to want to stay main building. I stay twice this hotel as same booking condition. The room was totally different between main building and next building. And.. at the second stay, they request to me extra charge for breakfast except one person(my booking condition was included breakfast without restriction!!)

Twice every 6 weeks I have a stay over in Ulaanbaatar on route to Australia.
After 9 months decided to try another hotel, The staff are very friendly and the service is great meals are well presented and reasonably priced (try the grilled salmon) the rooms are comfortable and clean . The airport is 15 min from the hotel if there is no traffic I would suggest staying at the Royal Mountain Hotel nice little hotel.

I'm new to world travel, and not sure what to expect in Mongolia, so my perspective might need calibration. This hotel was good. The room was clean and a little worn. The hallways and elevator weren't as in as good shape. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Royal Mountain again.

A really nice hotel with lovely rooms, only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer. Not to far from the airport and the food served in the Asian Restaurant was really good. What was available in the European Restaurant was very restrictive but not an issue really. The remote control for the toilet was something else.

ウォシュレットがついていて良かった。朝食の際に提供されるジュースがとてもマズイ。洗面所にはコップがあったが、部屋にタンブラーが無く不便。シャワーは温まるまで時間がかかり、温まってもぬるかった。

i can play indoor Golf. also food is very nice.
accommodation is very easy to go to the central.
i have been stay 4 days and hotel was nice service nice food.

if i have trip in Mongolia. Ulaanbaatar. i want to stay Royal Mountain hotel.
